Normally at this point of the quest Yumi would be down stairs in the jail but I completed most of the main story quests with Tony before finishing the Mia quest line so Yumi is setting in front of MC's house in her cruiser and not down stairs at the police station.

Because Yumi does not show up at the police station I can't ask her about Harold's location or get the trigger that will allow me to look at his desk, see the picture, get his sunglasses or the hint he is at lookout point. The quest is broken at this point ... Anyone have a workaround for this bug or know how I can set the 'find harold' quest as done?

Teachers : gotta vote for them in a poll. Not happening any time soon and another 1-2 years of waiting

Updates work on 1 "main" girl at a time and some fluff thrown around at random. Most of the listed already got updates made just for them, we now have 3 upcoming builds for the remaining girls who got jacksquat. Once we get to only remakes in the polls, maybe DC will cram a bunch of smaller scenes into other builds/dating mega-update

The school girls should get a couple more scenes when they implement the dating system, but for the side girls and all the other characters, if they already got their update they probably won't get more content in the future.

How to start main story part 2 ?
i've completed part 1 ending when Harold and Yumi come to MC. but in goal tracker, there wasn't hint available

It gives an achievement. Most people probably don't even know about it. Just like the microwave at school or the microscope in the science lab. Or the other 99043598756843645 easter eggs ever made

No consequences but unlocking that achievement ;) And that would have consequences for *all* saves in any playthrough on your machine, before and after you pushed that button.

Also, why can't I start Conseula's story? I really hate having to restart an entire game every update, but at least make it consistent with the walkthrough. Already spoke to her, and Melonia doesn't have an option to replace her, as well as Ricky.

Well she never wanted to have a baby in the first place. Just because she had one doesn't mean now she will want more kids.

That's how sandbox games usually work. It has to reset a bit of the story or it wouldn't be a sandbox game at all.^^
