It is but you are able to rollback and play forth. As you can see, Mom denies further actions but the engine cannot find what to do. So you just... progress to a level where Mom is pretty satisfied by you to allow doing nasty things to her.

PS: Dude, seriously use SPOILER tags. Dont ruin the game for those who didn't play yet.

If anyone wants to extract the game's files, use unrpyc instead of RPAtool or RPAextractor. Download this file, extract it into the "game" folder with archive.rpa, run the game's .exe, close the game once it's open, then go back into the game folder and delete un.rpyc. This method will only extract .rpy files, not images.

That sort of thing is never a fact until it happens. If he knows what went wrong, probably. If his fix doesn't work, it may take longer.

Yup, you could do that. I imagine DC will have a fixed version out pretty soon though.
