The IPatch is "another patch" and it is in English. That is why everything keeps returning to English for you. The Language patches only work with the base game - not with fan-made mods and patches (like the IPatch).

I agree, Trans Eve's story is MUCH more powerful and compelling than Cis Eve's story. The strength of that story was what initially hooked me on the game.

my biggest complaint about trans eve is that, the one blowjob scene we get from her, is a 69, meaning, you dont really have much of a choice. if you want trans eve, you gotta suck that D.
for a game all about choice, this one makes absolutely no sense to me. as im ok with trans love interests in porn games, so long its not forced to go beyond AT MOST, giving them a handjob.
so while i was interested in playing with a trans eve, that scene kinda killed my interest in having her be trans.

Kinda thought about it but it has to be a nightmare to find a coder that is willing to stay on a project like this since they are in such high demand if they have no passion for the game they will probably get tired of it quickly and get a better paying job.

No, the IPatch and whatever Language Patch are essentially the same type of file. They are replacing the original text with new text. So you have choice:
- Play the game in the language of your choice (other than English) OR
- Play the game in English with the IPatch
