You weren't actually asking a question though. So yes it did answer your "question", even though I wasn't answering anything specifically.
Simply putting a question mark at the end of a sentence doesn't automatically make it a question. Start with what/where/when/why/how, and formulate the rest of the sentence around the chosen word, then finish with a question mark.

A couple things I dont get exactly & weren't explained anywhere I could see:
-what's self control & what's it do?
-a tip for early game alex says to masturbate while she's sleeping, make sure her arousal is above 20...... how do I affect/increase arousal ?

that isn't in the game yet when aunt convinces her then those things will happen won't be for an update or 2 aunt isn't in the game yet

Last I checked self-control is more or less the same as arousal. So if your self-control is at 20, then the arousal of the others will be about the same, give or take whatever modifiers the characters have. Effects in later updates will probably change this though.

Alright, days gone without busting a nut = arousal Increase x5 per day & self control Decrease x5 per day.
So for that alex tip, I was thrown off by 'her arousal above 20' well 4 days no nut & arousal was at 20 but its flat arousal, which is confusing tbh

Sorry about the confusion. The mother, aunt and sister all get a random arousal bonus as their base which can be 20 below the MC and 20 above with a modifier that limits it so it never drops below 0. However the MC's arousal modifies their arousal so if the MC's arousal is 20+, they are guarenteed to have 20+. Be careful not to let your self control hit 0 or it's a bad end.

use the book on the top right.. you can click on the names and it will tell you
