My only disappointment is that I have not yet been able to friendzone Sis. This last episode had a choice to not touch but the game went ahead and did it. Hears and Dots made me sad with that. A lot of us SC lovers don't want Sis and I know that opinion is actually popular on Discord and Substar. But it isn't enough to detract from the game, IMO, just makes me a tad sad.

Dragon59 I do think Dots learned his lesson from DMD, where he listened to the "loud crowd" which was after all a minority about some things. He follows his vision now as Hyperserver said. You can even see it in the refocus of DMD chapter 4.

Dragon I also mostly agree about your idea of honor and integrity making a man, but our MC is indecisive at times and overthinks at other times, but this is a trait of Dots MC's so we have to "roll with it" as Darkness65 says. As the player controlling MC these traits can be more frustrating than they would be to those he interacts with in that world since we see his internal monologue and they do not. So all the ladies see is his kindness helping whomever he can, being respectful of their thoughts not talking over them, showing he cares in numerous ways -- so what's not to like from their perspective?

same... i absolutely despise the "sister" and didnt even touch the last update i just wait till i can finally end her route (but i dont think it will be possible the way the game is at the moment) i only check the walkthrough and if there will be a moment you can leave her path (like all the others...) i might pick it up again.

to the popularity part of the way the mc is written...

damn how should i say it without hurting illuional feelings...

it is not the mc in dmd nor melody or sunshine love nor the story or any other aspect why most players play the game its just the girls 90-95 % would not even give the game a single glance without the dee from dmd or melody and sadly most people dont care for the allmighty story or great character progression... they play it simply for porn... an the small part who gets dismissed becouse it is "not a popular opinion" are the ones who actually care for a good story but most devs are blinded by the fact their game is so popular and great when the truth is without the porn the playerbase would be counteble nearly on one hand... and this is not a good sing for the so called great story.

i am no exception a lot of game who are medicore i still play (even if most of the story is booring and the characters arent very good written) are because i like one or two of the female cast and stick with it because of them.

but even this cant save a game sometimes here i like 2-3 chars of the cast but hate 2 dont like 3 and dont care about the rest... then being forced to romance or fuck the latter (even when the releationship tracker is in the negativ) its a sign to quit the game.

I already tried it, both path. Yet i didnt get this, just the lobby talk, and then the conversation in the father's room.

OK just popped open the game and went to my save where I had not been on Yuki path until I walked with her and answered everything correctly

Okay, i dont get it. I tried again, walked with her on the docks, answered correctly, but i dont get this scene. The funny thing I dont even get the choice where u can ask her to a walk, its put me directly to the docks route... So Im missing something or its bugged...

Well, you phrased that in a way that definitely sounded like a quote from Ayn Rand.
I read the books when I was 35 and was not impressed. I would think those events you posit would be more likely to make someone an Objectivist.
The fact that you use "cuck" so freely (the MC has not watched a love interest put him down while having sex with another man) implies that you believe in the "Alpha Male" myth, where people emulate the ideals of Ayn Rand.
You are right, this game has nothing to do with Objectivism. Those who are looking for an Objectivism-esque Alpha will not find it here, unless you turn to the owner of the other hotel or maybe Lucas.

Hmm.. now that I type it, it does seem that in this game, the people who act like alphas are the bad guys. One true who is alpha in the sense of protecting those around him would be the Mayor (a "useful alpha" who is there not because it brings him prestige, but because he wants to do good, to be useful to his community). Once MC has more confidence in himself, he's likely to be a "useful alpha" instead of an "asshole alpha" like we usually see in these games.

I have the same issue, wasn't on Yuki path, answered all questions correctly (using a walkthrough) but still didn't get the Lobby scene as shown.
Only mod is the I patch

It will be like in Summer W Mia I think , Mia (sis) has a boyfriend too before she & MC but there is no confirmation about whether her past boyfriend banged her or not and game never stated that she is a virgin or not nor any sexual experience with other guys in the past and there wasn't any hint about it during their first intercourse and all their fun sessions . In Haley Story, (sis) Haley has a boyfriend before MC and admitted that MC is not her first but it doesn't make Haley unlikeable character . In this game Sis has a boyfriend too and long term relationship so for me it doesn't matter, I don't care if sis had sex with Brodie or any of her past boyfriends , shes mature and already 24 so just leave the past behind and move on .

First of all, our apologies to those of you who have had trouble loading any of your previous saves with the latest version of the game.

Before last month’s release, we had to make some necessary changes to some of the early parts of the game which unfortunately caused previous saves to not load properly (our own saves included).
This is an ongoing issue with Renpy that has also caused problems for other developer’s using this software for their respective games.
We’re doing our utmost to ensure that you won’t have any issues loading your saves in future updates.
However, we can’t guarantee that this particular update (v7.1) will fix this loading issue.
However, we have supplied a couple of save files that you can use to load the game from just before Version 7 starts.
One has maximum points for Sis, the other is for Cousin.
One has maximum points for your childhood friend, the other is for Shortcake.

Things that we’ve fixed or added in:
- We’ve added some sound effects to the “MrDotsGames promotion screen” before the Sunshine Love main menu appears on the screen for the first time after booting up the app.
A huge thanks to big-fan “Mistress Elemental” for creating this for us (it sounds MEGA mate!)
- There was a bug in Version 7 where if you decided not to call Yuki earlier in the game (you would have chosen Ashley instead), then there is a scene in this new update that presumes that did call Yuki.
It’s when you leave Mister Roshi’s house and then the next scene shows you walking with Yuki to the markets.
That should not have happened, you should have been given the option to go with her to the markets or not.
That has been fixed and added in now.
- Another problem with the Yuki path is that the previous version did not give you the option in her character profile to change the colour of the heart from black to red. When you’ve chosen one of the options above, after that scene ends, you can turn the Yuki path.
On (Red heart) or OFF (Black heart).

- Fixed numerous dialogue errors, plot holes
- Improved some of the sound effects

- Fixed some of the renders
- Updated the quality of the Doughnut and Peeping Tom walkthroughs. We’ve made the guide easier to understand so you can locate all the doughnuts. Again, many thanks to “Mistress Elemental” for editing this for us.

To me, the reactions of the MC and the other characters feel real. The internal dialogs are logical. They're kids, regaining their confidence in relationships. Alphas? Like someone said before, are full of errors.

It's just a shame the dev can't write a normal-sounding conversation. Everything comes across like it's sanitised and some form of business transaction, or being said by a 15-year old. It's so damn awkward.
