pass for ingame wt is on op and as for restarting not sure but devs fucked up saves a while ago so maybe aftereffects of that which you and some others suffer.

try re-downloading in that case that something went wrong and also using 7zip to extract.

I tried few minutes ago it didn't work. It's a shame I don't know that to do.

Try a VPN that "sends" you to another country. I'm an American most of my time, except for some streams I have to go back to being a Swede again.
