I would like the developer to create something very worthwhile and a story-driven game than Sunshine Love. After Melody, I still can’t say which is better, for me Melody is higher for now... and of course DMD is also a good game, but it’s too long for me, especially the dialogues and incomprehensible plot twists, but I liked it so much)))

And for some reason, in this game, both Mc and his sister piss me off... :censored:

I don't think any of their games are in the "great" category. I really liked Melody. DMD started off good, but as you said, too long, bad dialogues, plot twists were stupid as fuck, and honestly, it just felt piecemealed together.

Sunny game..I quit this long ago. There was a save-breaking update and I would have been forced to start over... the writing in any of Dots' games prevents me from being able to start from the beginning. Hell-fucking-no!

Yeah I agree. Melody was like a story too good, even if there was a lot of dialogue, it was interesting to watch, this is my first game, to be honest, not counting With the (A mother's love) After 2 years, the developer resumed the game, now I'm waiting for an update, both are my first novells

Plot twist: Mr Dots secretly hates his fellow species and that was the final update. He'll feed on the next 120 pages of this thread soaked through by our frustration and anger.

The previous games were attractive for the time they were developed, despite their flaws, a DMD remade with the current variants that exist, would certainly have a very high value, more decisions, less cheesy endings, more freedom for MC to be a a cogline father when he gets his daughter fucked, a daughter who could also decide to have a crush on another, or be jealous of other women, lots of irons in the fire with the variations that can be done today.

The mc gets the job offer he always wanted so he says yes. Then the moment the plane is in the air the guy starts missing sunshine bay realizing he's made a big mistake. That can happen in real time. You won't miss someone or something while you're still with them or at that location. All you have to do is get on the first plane and head back. I don't see the big problem there.

I'm sure he will come back but it definitely could have been handled better. All those goodbyes (especially Shortcake and sis) were depressing.

The ending of this chapter is what is known as a "cliffhanger" in story telling. It was a very popular method in serial TV shows in the past, long before we all had "instant gratification" available at our fingertips with things like home computers, smart phones, porn on demand, etc. It was EXPECTED in some short-episode (timewise) broadcasts like Saturday morning sci-fi programs aimed at younger audiences (due to a younger person's shorter attention spans). It was common to watch a 10-minute "episode" that would leave the (hero, MC, victim, etc) in an adverse situation, then have to wait an entire week to see the next 10-minute episode to discover how the "bad situation" was resolved...but ALWAYS still left SOMEONE in the story in another "cliffhanger" at that episode's end. Wash, Rinse, Repeat...for several episodes (chapters) over several months of the story. Many VN's today use the same formula. It keeps the viewer coming back, and more importantly in some cases keeps them subscribed with a recurring money donation over an extended period of time for the entire story to play out. Which means it's still "Business 101" as far as some developers who are doing VN's for a living as a sole source of income (and there is NOTHING wrong with that).

A common dictionary definition of cliffhanger is: "a situation or part of a play or movie that is very exciting or frightening because you are left for a long time not knowing what will happen next." Exactly the position the MC (and also ALL of the females too!) are in at the end of this chapter.

To avoid going spastic over any of this, please remember THESE ARE NOT REAL PEOPLE. They are FICTIONAL CHARACTERS in a story. It doesn't matter one bit if you agree or disagree with what they are doing or how the author of the story characterizes them. Getting yourself all stressed out about any of it is silly. And in severe cases it can actually have a negative effect on YOUR own health and well-being.

Just enjoy the ride, look at the pretty naked pictures (which if you are honest is why you are "reading\watching" the porn-related VN in the first place), ignore the "text" if it doesn't meet your approval, and keep moving on. Fap...Don't Fap...whatever floats your boat. But getting in silly disagreements about the storyline or "competence" of the developers is totally absurd. If you keep doing that, YOU will be the ones the Zombies just walk by when they are looking for brains. :LOL:
