The i-patch doesn't work!
In the menu extras do not appear, although it appeared in the quick menu.

it DOES work - i even installed it on my own version.
maybe you have done something wrong?

For those who are saying the option does not show up in the Options menu, same as I experienced, and you are sure the ipatch.rpa file (or extras_ipatch.rpa file - the filename doesn't seem to matter) is in the ./game/ folder..... load up any save. Look at the bottom of the screen. Does it say Incest is already enabled? If so, you're good to go.

I suspect this is happening because I copied saves and the persistent file from the last version, and it was already enabled.

It was one reason I went Subscribestar instead of Patreon for Mr.Dots. As DMD is only on SS, I figured there would be more freedom/latitude for SL there as well.

Based off of Melody and DMD Mr Dots clearly always has one main LI and here it is the sister but at least in melody he gave pretty satisfying endings to the side characters if you chose them (I actually preferred the nerd neighbor rebecca over melody) so I have no doubt he will still give satisfying endings to everyone
