Yeah, the VR stuff isn't exactly what I'm looking forward to the most, but I do love the scenes as well.
Great way to have some outside-of-the-box fun with the characters while still going back to the "regularly-scheduled programming" afterwards, so to speak.

Hey there. Just read on Patreon you were worried that people won't like the VR events that much (yeah I don't visit P very often).
Just wanted you to know that the VR events are what I'm most looking forward to in your game. They are really fun

I also enjoy very much the VR events on Sundays.
I hope they won't be cancelled.
feierflei maybe you could add an option to avoid them for those who don't like them (and sorry if it's already here and I just don't remember, as I will never choose to miss these fun events).

In case there has been a misunderstanding somewhere:
I would never cancel something I want to make just because some people don't like it xD Sunville is entirely a passion project, and the VR scenes are among the most fun to write for me, so they will never go away.
They won't become optional/skippable either, because some things in there are or will be important for the overall story. If someone really hates them, they can always ctrl-skip through them.

I have a few ideas concerning how to implement this and making it actually interesting instead of just letting her go out naked without any gameplay consequences, because that would be kind of lame. Nude night walk events are coming, but casual downtown nudity won't be there for a while yet. I don't want that to be underwhelming when it should be a monumental thing.



On another note: I've been having a bit of trouble with writing the new scenes, as you all may have noticed from the exponentially increasing amount of time I need to come up with what I consider adequate content.
The current state of "corruption" is not easy to handle, which probably explains why so many devs choose to slowly swerve onto the full sluttification public use sex fiend lane at this point. Not judging too much here despite my colorful choice of words - to each their own, and that is not for me lmao

Anyway, coming up with convincing ways that scenes play out as well as non-repetitive onlooker actions and reactions is increasingly difficult, and I don't really have any "inspirational material" to steal from help me out there. So, it's been a rough ride. But I'm powering through as fast as I can, because it's still as fun as ever.

That being said, sometimes I feel only stress and disappointment when I look at my growing catalogue of discarded events, and, instead of sitting there stewing in my self-inflicted suffering, I have been working on a side project so as to not burn out. Originally, it was intended as a test environment for game mechanics and systems I'll be using in the Sunville sequel, but it has developed a life of its own.
Sooo, at some point in the future, you might see another game pop up under my name. It will be very different from Sunville, but it might be interesting for those who enjoy exhibitionism, light BDSM, science fiction and management simulations.
(Don't worry though, it will always play second fiddle to Sunville.)

A very cool project, I don’t remember if I already wrote this, but there is something that is quite small in the game, which I expected to see, this is femdom content, although if you think about what it is here, but there is almost no where MC sub, if you need ideas , in general, of course, I'm not saying that the virgins are "obliged" to do this, just a suggestion.

I don't like giving assurances at all, but if it helps, I can safely say that it has been a goal of mine ever since the beginning. So, for me to scrap the idea there would have to be a significant threshold of difficulty, annoyance or time investment.

To me, a big differing factor in Sunville here to other games with a "exhibitionist corruption" flavor is the lesbian focus... but another aspect to that focus is the fact that the girls Lea "interacts" with aren't random scumbag photographers trying to take advantage of a girl getting into modeling because she wants/needs money, or pervert innkeepers groping at her while she's wearing a skimpy waitress outfit. (Just to name some common-enough examples from other games with similar "corruption" themes.) Almost all of them are her friends in some way or another and they all start to get "corrupted" together. (That being said, I wouldn't exactly mind something involving an aggressively-flirtatious-but-not-quite-predatory woman who's a stranger to Lea...)
So taking that into consideration, I could personally see the scenes going into more of a "lesbian public sex while still trying to hide just enough to make it not obvious to everyone around" focus, similar to what was going down on the yacht but in more general locations like coffee shops, or the shadier side of a public park. At this stage I feel like the "exposing self in public" deal hasn't exactly run its course, but should moreso be the jumping point for scenes to start getting a little wilder.

Buuuuut after all that it's still your game of course, and I totally get going through a writer's block, too. Keep up the good work in any case

I honestly feel like there should be a different tag than Corruption. I'm getting into semantics here but the word "corruption" in my mind, and as it is portrayed in a lot of the classic games I think of in that genre, is an external influence that fundamentally changes something or someone. "I was a good girl but magic/hypnosis/constant exposure/blackmail/whatever has turned me into a slut/prostitute/succubus/whatever". No judgement intended, I like some of those games quite a lot, but that's what I think of when I think of "corruption".

Games like Sunville, in my opinion, are perhaps better described as "discovery" or "growth" - with, of course, the requisite lewd connotations, these are porn games, after all! The main difference, though, is that in Sunville and a few others (some of the paths in Good Girl Gone Bad, for example), the driving change is internal. The MC is discovering their own, inborn tendencies towards exhibitionism, sexual freedom, etc. rather than having these things forced or fostered on to them.

Personally, I very much prefer the later - Sunville is probably my favorite active game on F95 right now - but I understand different strokes for different folks. (Haha, masturbation pun!)

With the serious lack of people with dicks in this world, that could be hard to find, even if it would make sense. It also seems unlikely with how the dev feels about dicks. lol

Most of the tags around here could use a serious rethink.
This one got the corruption tag due to the whole fake blackmail plotline (and there is no tag for 'discovery').
I feel the same way with the gay/lesbian tags, there needs one for protagonist and just in general, and I prefer the terms yuri and yaoi, since they refer to content and not orientation. Tagging a bisexual as 'lesbian/gay' always bugs my OCD. lol

I'm going to have to say "no" here, for two major reasons:
A) First and probably most importantly, I'm not personally interested in anything involving penises.
B) I don't know many trans people IRL, and thus would almost certainly fall back on stereotypes, which I'd honestly rather avoid.

You can check out FurinaDeveloper 's game though, if you're interested in trans characters in a predominantly female, exhibitionism-heavy setting and you're into slightly eccentric comedy. His game has been on hiatus for a while, but he's working on a reboot, coming soon(tm) like my own 0.7 xD
Alternatively, chekkingames made a lovely MtF character for Yuri University. She's a side character though and doesn't have any scenes yet, so you'll probably have to wait a few updates. But I recommend the game in general. It's one of the few I actually make time to play these days ^^

I wanted to tack onto this though and say that, On a completely personal level, If there ever was a character whos backstory simply was being trans, and they fully transitioned very early on, pre-sunville, it wouldn't have to go against the principles laid forth here, and would totally captivate more people through diversity! Again, a bit self indulgent being trans myself. Just a thought

Since it's been so incredibly long, I'm considering releasing the alpha1 as my first ever "beta" version to the public. After my poor neglected tier 2 patrons get their share, of course.
If you see me advertise that here, it will be one week to public release. Before that, I can't - or rather, won't - say anything. Three months ago, I would have probably said "full 0.7 will be ready around next week", and I'm pretty happy that I did not, in fact, say that xD
