Does this game have multiple endings or choices that can influence it?

Sadly no, Locale Emulator isn't perfect, and this game's code is WAY too chaotic for it. I've left my PC on Japanese locale for years. There's 3 things I've noticed it changes, but they're all pretty negligible IMO:

1) If you use numpad codes (Alt+####), some of the resulting unifonts will change on a different locale.
2) When running certain installers, they will use your system locale instead of your system language to choose which language they display. This will result in the installer showing you text in Japanese. THAT BEING SAID, this will usually only apply to archaic installers that don't actually have any options that require user input.
3) The \ will show itself as a Yen sign in the Command Prompt. This doesn't matter as long as you know about it, since Command still recognizes it as a \

tl;dr You should be fine to just leave it on Japanese Locale.

leaving the pc on japanese locale is the one and only way lol for all these obscure rpgs

Anyone knows if the drunk guy at night in Deodoran Island Port talking about a silver-hair woman with wings, is about a possible companion? asking because I also talked to a guy in Mockel about a girl (Daisy) attacking people with monsters in the party a bit north of the city, so I went and got her after beating her, wondering if its the same situation but can´t find anyone around there

First: does Princess Teresa join your group at some point? Does she have a CG?
Second: do you have any idea how to increase the girls' viability? I invite them to dinner, but then they disappear and I don't see them again even if I sleep at the inn.

I'm stupidly early in the game (just reached Bazaar), but I made a Cheat Engine Table for those people who are having trouble?

It has Money, the first few items you can get (medicine herbs and a few seeds), & Base stats, skill points & additional stats from seeds for various party members (MC, Yangus, & Kukool). I'll update it later.

Edit: Updated to 0.4, there's a lot added now. It's only stuff until the (E/I)ha Island GP Pre-lims, though.

Edit 2: Now on 0.6, with a bunch of monster related stuff working, including the ability to scout any monster!

All the values show up as ??? Except for money, scouting, and accessory bonus %. I tried manually looking for the material values and found some but CE crashes very frequently to actually do something.

Run GameUpdate.bat. You were supposed to do that before starting your entire playthrough. Some things are going to remain messed up because you didn't, since one of the files only loads at the start of a fresh save, but it will still fix a lot. You'll know you updated successfully if it says 1.24 instead of 1.07 at the top.

Can confirm that it works. This is a life saver, 14 hours in and i am done walking around like an old man while encoutering monsters like 5 seconds after the last encounter despite having yangus's stealth skill and holy water buff.

So, I want to make sure of something. Does changing locale system affects item drops? Like, maybe it can't differs between Tamagahane and Jewel Steel? (It probably doesn't, but only getting 3 out of 96 Prototype is seriously messing me up lol)

Tamahagane is Jewel Steel, I changed the name a few weeks ago for item name consistency. The CE table still says Jewel Steel, but they're the same thing.

I don't know if item drops are broken if the locale is wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if the hidden code also gets jumbled up if you aren't running the game right.

There are 3 portals after that. 2 are easy to find. The elusive 3rd one is in Orbel, you gotta go in the castle and then exit from the bottom right.
