i also thought Joi play was the problem, so I install the apk but noticed that the game simply removed scenes that they had at the beginning of the game, for example "the scene of you testing your powers by transforming into someone of your choice, I chose Emily " "options for you to go for a walk on campus" "option for you to return to the party house where the zombie girl will be" and many more options simply disappeared in this update, take the test, start from the beginning and see.

Not a thing. That choice does nothing, but later on picking to rush in instead of watching gives a +1 to Amber affection.
My char has the following switches flipped to ON: marryamber, amberdate, suportamber, kissamber. So basically dating her is a whole process, but you shouldn't miss on chances to take her side and push things forward for the full twin experience. That threesome was pretty hot.
In unrelated things, I wonder whose pieces are scattered throughout the world. The stone monster chunks that everyone seems to want to get. Must be some super strong critter.

Yeah we do. After they beat each other we get to see the MC lying on the floor with Deryl and we see his eyes, if memory serves. And that's one of the few times we get to see his scars actually.
Though, if the Alice date-fucking scene of this update is any indication, I guess we'll get to see more. WW seems to get more confident as their art skills are improving.
It all comes from an artist (or band) who puts out like, half their stuff for free use. WW is pretty good at choosing the right stuff. Though, to be fair, there are also hundreds and hundreds of options.
When she hugged you, did you get any choices? IIRC she hugs you once when you start helping her after finding out she is working at the fast food joint and you have the option to tell her that you love her, did you get that scene? Amber has several sex scenes, I can remember 3 off the top of my head.
Yeah we are all assuming it's the 3rd and 4th talking to us, but maybe it's something else? The very first one that infected the MC waaaay back then when he received the eye as a kid? It's another valid possibility. MC's dad is pretty shady and we only got glimpses of him "working", but he is probably aware of the monsters and the other shady stuff going on in the district and the prime minister. The black monster is still too much of a mystery, we only know it's extremely powerful and terrifies Ella for some reason, maybe she encountered it in the past? It's strange that it didn't explode the MC to eat him like it did with the 4th, instead dragged him toward a light inside it...The Transplant Part is my wild guess

Been rereading the stats of the characters, and man for all the cool powers of the cast, I think people sleep on the Mc and his ability a little bit too much.In story and out. Using my Mc for example Kenny had the advantage of 4 more power points and a group of zombies to attack and heal from. Danica had evolution 2 extra move, 14 power difference, and the Mc only had 3 more skill points to compensate. Meanwhile Klaus had 19 power and 9 skill, it's implied the Mc was Klaus's equal with 9 power and 4 skill. It was poor strategy holding the Mc back from winning. In there second fight the Mc can have Klaus dead to rights with only the artificial boost and Klaus's army saving Klaus from defeat when the Mc had 7 less power and 2 less skill. If the Mc had better strategic urgency, the grindset mindset, and more willingness to push his abilities then the Mc could be even more powerful.

Yeah, and it kind applies extra to this game, because it seems that when people get "infected" by the monster, they just fucking die.
I was betting there was going to be a plot-twist later on where one of the characters is infected but his body does not dissolve or anything, then later on he finds his own body or something.
But now i'm not so sure, since the body dissolving doesn't seem to be the case for everybody, like the dude who was electrocuted in the last update.

I don't think they'll do an RE8 twist. Just not that type of story.
Man, Ella is a very good example of the crazy/hot scale. She's way at the top.
Its something we've discussed on the board before. The MCs powerset is kind of all in on flexibility over raw power and there have been very few straight up superhuman on superhuman fights so far. There are many areas that haven't really been explained/explored like how Alice and Micheal are so durable,strong and hard to hurt compared to us or Danica who are relatively "soft" even though the MC is evolved. Or how jake is effected by the distilled poisons we create and still manages to recover despite not having the kind of regeneration we have. Could we take a superhuman's limb off and then attrition them? The toughness of characters is scaled differently and we dont really have a good idea of where someone like us actually stands since we dont have outright power on our side.
We also seem to run into way too many bad match-ups everywhere, Klaus and Danica both efficiently damaged flesh, Deryl had prep and full knowledge of what hurts us, Micheal seems to be tipped to get heat/energy type powers which hurt us pretty bad, and Alice's powerset straight up explode us. Not to mention HERO's people like Alex, Nassim, Nico and Clark all match up well against us. We don't seem to luck out much against other superhumans because brute force rarely seems to be on our side.
All that to say that so far atleast we are a far bigger threat as an assassin than a brawler
