It's in one of the bad ends during the evolution... (corruption might be needed, dunno that though)
He's part of the dead end you get if you're corrupt enough and accept the offer from the eye during your evolution.
There's more after that if you have over 25 corruption, it keeps going directly after the dead end 36 screen and goes on for a while still, then you reach dead end 37.
The amount of breadcrumbs is astounding, this version contains not only a large battle but insane lore dumps.
The stakes we had during the Mafia wars were personal and intimate. I remember being excited and anxious with each choice during the battle. I think this had to do with the fact we had small skirmishes and barely made it out, but now the fights don't last long unless it's PLOT ARMOUR

Why would you even tell HERO you can do that? As far they know you're a shapeshifter and give you missions based on that. You might still need to "fly" around at HERO base at one point, so don't show them your cards!

Twins probably has to do with the twin apostles, because they want to possibly have them merge their powers and make the amalgam power, like how authority+power=order. I am assuming the shopkeeper is like a literal demon or some shit, him being referred to as "fiend" likely has some significance, and I think whatever he gave liz and amber is going to protect them. The fact that his dealings are give and take verbal contracts lend credence to him being a more stereotypical demon, he can't give anything for free, there needs to be give and take, but in this case he just wants something easy to give so he can help out regardless.
I think I've got most of mine sorted out, there were a lot of questions cleared up in this update and not as many new ones, I'll leave the long posts to someone else however.
Since the Apostles are twins and can't stay long on earth, it's more likely the captured twins bodies will be needed to keep the Apostles on earth permanently. The effigy's Ella was collecting most likely will be needed to make that happen.

I think the shopkeep has a soft spot in him for the MC and looks out for him/his friends as much as he's able, within the constraints put upon him (if it turns out he's an actual demon anyway).As for the "water" shopkeep wants, i wouldn't ad much value to that, most likely it's just a joke ; shopkeep wants their used bath water....

I don't think Deus power is necessarily full time travel, maybe it's just that he turned into a non linear time being, as in he experiences all of his life at the same time, but with concentration he can focus on specific points and become cognisant enough to affect them. With an added splash of clairvoyance, or he's just ran through myriad branching paths of his life so he knows where to be at the right time. Anyway, regardless of what he is truly capable of he's shown so far to be pretty damn powerful even compared to the other truly strong superhumans. If he can just go into the past to erase someone in that way without any effort, or at least it looked like no effort, imagine what he can do when he's pushed.
How to open the console command? My corruption isn't high enough and I'm intrigued to see this.
