The MC has been altering his DNA since level 1, that's how his memory power works when it comes to taking traits of other creatures or becoming the perfect copy of someone.
This sort of thing is the MC's specialty, he should be able to get damn near anything pregnant after he come's into contact with it. Ella's specialty seems to be made man substances and altering her existing enhanced human biology through understanding.

I think the big issue MC needs to overcome in order to knock anything up is that anything separated from him dissolves after a while. Someone like Algaecwif is strong enough to just ignore that, but MC hasn't really done any training in regards to maintaining his essence after it is separated from him.

We've been through this before and the that's already been disproven since the MC can go through pregnancy as both a male and a female.
Its also taking abilities too literally. Its intended so the building sized body parts they produce aren't just left everywhere, not for basic body functions. The MC still has to go to the toilet.
We're at 5 now; I think we need 1 more. 6 9's seems like a good number.

I may be being repetitive on a topic that has already been discussed here hundreds of times, but doesn't it seem like the MC loses a star with every update? The game is already at the end and we still haven't had level 4, which means we won't even get to enjoy level 5, or am I missing something?
I don't think the game's story is truly coming to an end; many incredible things have already been revealed and deserve to be explored further. Ending the game in version 1.0 would be a waste. I think version 1.0 will only be for updating the art and making some revisions to the story to improve it; after these adjustments, the story will continue.

It's been hinted that WW will take a break after 1.0 and begin development on his other games. In that case, a true continuation will most likely be months if not years away at the least.

No it isn't. WW said that he's decided on what he's going to do but won't say because he wants to be able to change his mind without people getting pissy.
someone is gonna get pissy no matter what he does its the internet, if i was him id take a vacation or something and only start doing the game again once he knows what he is gonna do, or hire someone to do the work while he's on vacation or someone to set up a foundation he can work off to put in what he wants easily and edit easily so it cuts down on the workload.

Am I the only one considering the possibility of the MC evolving twice? First to level 4, and during the evolution process, advancing to level 5. We already have two instances of this happening: the guy Ella mentioned who monstified during the process and Henri.

Is always a possibility, but it wouldn't really match the way WeirdWorld writes MC, but again, it is possible, since there are already precedent for it, Henri ended all fucked up though, mentally, but maybe the weight of it would be lesser for MC since it would be just twice for him, rather than back to back like Henri up to his final evolution.
MC doesnt need to become level 5 so soon, level 4 used to be the benchmark and pinnacle of superhumans until recently, Bearndartdt and Malik were already way stronger than level 5s at that evo, so yeah what Im saying is MC can kick ass and go full power fantasy mode despite being level 4, like WW can make him match most level 5s without going against the plot.
