Actually, I have long time wanted to ask how to unlock fetish for mom.
Looks like I need to get ladership check more then 8, but 8 is cap.
there actualy is coment with complete details what you need to do to legitimatly get moms fetish. From what i remember you need to have all those casual talks with her (i think its in small favor) and after you got all you need to take her to cafe on date. I managed to get the obsessive scenes, but the images weren't loading, so I had to go in a fix the coding or whatever to get them to work properly.
