Just started for the first time, I was wondering if you ever get to do stuff with the mother, all the options say eww you're related so I'm trying to figure out if there is a patch or something to allow it?

Well, if you're not that far into the game and start wondering where his sister is, you need to pick her as a perk during character creation so a new start might be in order. There are ways using the console but a couple times through the beginning will teach you a lot about the game. Then we can discuss some of the mods that will take some of the grind out. Have fun!

incest needs to unlocked by taking the mind control power. the sister is to young to interact sexualy with, you need to take a power thats enabling "hebebiphilia", but i forgot which and im too lazy to look it up.

Wait how can a game with no NTR have had a Avoiding NTR mod for so long? People are really starting to try to find loopholes just to avoid the label. It's fine to include NTR in it but lets not mislead people. Fetishes are not for everyone and this one can be incredibly offputting to some.

That's less a no-NTR and more a MC-won't-see-hetero-sex-he's-not-in mod. Billy has no SO that can be unfaithful/used. He creates a bunch of bimbo-sluts he might like to play with. -- or not as the case might be. It's entirely possible to create bimbo-sluts out of family before becoming incestuously interested, for example.

There is a small group of people on this site, that were misinformed about the definition of NTR and, continue to use it incorrectly even though this incorrect usage causes a lot of confusion for fans of hentai, that were around when the actual deffinition of the term was coined. The no NTR mod works...regardless of if you install the mod or not 
Here's a suggested term to alleviate confusion:
Non-Centric-Sex (NCS for short): A genre of adult content that involves sex between characters that are not the main character. Examples of NCS content would include: Slutification, Bimbofication, Orgies, NTR, Cuckoldry, Gangbangs(unless the person being gangbanged is the main character)
Maybe we should try pushing this tag, to replace the incorrectly used NTR tag.

I don't really agree with the premise that this isn't NTR (meanings change, understandably so when moving from third person mangas to first person games). As it is now, people that see this as NTR are greeted with what is to them surprise NTR as there is nothing that warns them of it in the fetish list. So disagreements on semantics aside, their frustration should be understandable. Such a compromise would go a long way into not seeing this reoccurring topic pop up so regularly and will do so without affecting the game.
(On a side note, I don't think it's such a small amount of people that think this way. That mod has like ~115 likes despite long since dropping support for newest versions.)

On the other side of that coin, the meaning of NTR has not changed throughout the world, mostly just on this site, and a few sites like it. You can't go to a porn shop and browse thier NTR section(unless you're in japan, in which case you'll find Netorare). If someone that likes NTR(Netorare) plays a game labeled on this site as NTR, they may be annoyed that said game does not contain NTR as they understand it to be. My issue with the NTR tag has always been a matter of mislabeling, not the issue some people have with Non-Centric-Sex. Because...well...that's their issue, not mine. It is a mislabel to say NTR is in my game. I'm fine with an NCS label, since that deffinitely is in my game. I agree a warning is better than none, but since there isn't a warning to NTR fans that there isn't any Netorare in the game, well...the best solution is to use NCS(or another term).

I agree with you that outside such circles, ntr can often have of a different more specific meaning. However given that this game operates mostly in the places in question, wouldn't it perhaps be more appropriate to label it as such until a more appropriate label is found?
Even if a person unfamiliar with western eroge's definition of NTR were to stumble upon the game, the disappointment of having this fetish not so accurately appear in the game will likely be far less impactful than having it surprise the many in the areas where the game's audience do actually tend to congregate.
You could also be the one to popularize one of those other terms you suggest but that may be harder. NCS might not be clear for a while on its own and hence may require elaboration where you include it at first.

Let me also add that they like to troll with it as the whole subject is so loaded that it then creates flame wars through the site, and has happened on other game threads where ops needed to go in and squash things.
Without getting into it, Billy as a character is more of a Himbo, where he would screw just about anything with a hole, if it got him gratification BECAUSE he is affected majorly by his weakness, Lust. He is the one sleeping around, and if other characters are doing the same thing its because Billy caused them to, or they were already like that. A *imbo doesn't stop being one because they had a romantic moment with another.
Overall the situations are well done, and are a nice reward for the grind of the game thank you Baal7734 for that btw.
People need to just stop bringing it up, and like many other games on this site, if you don't like it, don't play it.

I have usually seen content similar to what SuperPowered has referred to as 'sharing', and that is how I typically describe it when "NTR" comes up.
I do not know what percentage of paying customers (or potential ones) complain about "NTR", or whether it is worth sinking time for a solution. (I suspect 'few' and 'no'.) However, I feel such a concern would best be served by a setting (which would be a hard on/off switch applied in seconds) rather than the best current solution of applying "Wild Oats" to each character individually (which takes minutes to hours if the player even knows it is an option).

There is a solution already in game. Once you have the Mind Control power, you can negate a subject's ability to screw around with the 'Wild Oats' effect. It costs a long-term slot per subject, but is 100% effective.
