Every render I've shown is in the Tech Demo. Everything in the Tech Demo is accessible, but it may take work, or experimentation. For example, Supressing Wild Oates gives you access to a roll option called "You are Mine" for some actions, that reduces the difficulty of a roll by 3. And the fact that a character can have a temporary trait like "Familial Bonds Supressed" along side the supression trait "Supression: Wild Oats" means you can gain the benefits of both.
Also you should read the Tooltip regarding difficulty. The difficulty gets easier based on what kind of challenge it is. Most Mind controll difficulties are willpower challenges, so the difficulty is a number + 10% of targets willpower. So lower willpower = easier challenge.
I sincerely hope the next episode of superpowered is simpler. There is too much grinding in this one. Since there is so much component, i am sure its a nightmare to develop.

Considering I'm quite new to this game I'm not completely sure if this is an actual thing or not XD But I'll look for it in game and see what I can find!
Everyone is correct. Bathroom events require Unisex bathrooms to be unlocked. Then each girl has several different stages of event, depending on their Corruption level.

If you are new to the game and playing through it legitimately, it may be best to not jump for unisex bathroom straight away.

Early game it is very difficult to get enough School Influence to unlock anything. So keep your grades up for that report card bonus with 100% grade. Do the other quests, like forming a superhero club. Some of these also grant you School Influence.

When you get enough, go for buying Logistic Influence from Principal. Go there and get a job. Working even as a janitor at the school can get you a small income of School influence everytime. Better jobs = better influence and pay.

Of course each job has it's own stat checks, so it pays to have good scores in those, so you can trigger more Critical Success results. This will set you on the path to more quickly unlocking better jobs, more superpowers, and school policy changes.

This may seem a bit META, but if you get thru the basic first few steps of getting a job and unlocking next tier of superpowers, you will find the grind for Influence much more manageable.

Completed can be read in a variety of ways. It's completed in that the dev says he's done working on it in its current form and it is playable from start to graduation. There's no ending per se -- basically treat the graduation party as a final scene if you like.

Large bits of the presented game remain aspirational -- 3 powers aren't added, the scenes wrt the Initiative are missing, the college courses are mentioned but not active, equipment was never added, several women weren't fleshed out, etc.
do you at least see the two superheroes at the start in a sexy way?

What characters are you talking about? In the Intro you just see the MC and his Mom, the other established "heros" in the game are mostly background characters

Got to be honest, it's been so long that I actually don't remember the scene, I just remember 2 established superhero women in a scene at some point.

There's a tech demo out. It hasn't been posted. Basically all that's there is a few blowjobs and some hints to which characters will appear and how powers will work.

Can't seem to trigger Mary's quest, I seem to fill all the requirements, is this a known issue?
I completed all the clique missions under the current build. Assuming you've activated at least one other clique mission, you meet the basic requirements for Mary's. The biggest bug in the clique missions is only Samantha gets added to the nerd group to award extra influence when interacted with.

Common blocks:
  • Another school mission (clique or NCHDL) is active. For me, a common thing to check is I didn't accept a NCHDL mission that requires class attendance to progress and then forget about it. Some require morning class, others afternoon class.
  • The NCHDL story line has progressed to the point where Terrorstrike and Karma come to the school. All school side stuff (missions, NCHDL, and bathroom vignettes) stop.

you need to sign on with the Logistic Division top left part of the map, you do this by getting a letter of recommendation from the principle.

Also, in the beginning you can only get there by letting your mother drive you.

Have you been called the the principal's office and received a letter? That should happen the Monday after month-end where you hit the 80+ grade.

Once that has happened, you need to go to Logistics office when school should be open (Mon-Fri, Morning or Day timeslot). The only way to get there is get a ride from mom. When she is home, open your map. The icon to ask for a ride is higher and a bit more central than the other movement choices. Getting a ride is a favor, so make sure she has at least 80 Favor.

I'd suggest at least glancing at my walkthrough -- it's in my signature.

Is it just me or is this game INSANELY grindy?
Not just you, but not exactly true grind either. Depending on your goals, it can take awhile to collect necessary resources, yes. There are tactics to limit the repetition/maximize rewards. Typically, I have all powers by March and most talent and stat increases by May.

You really don't need to to do any of that, really though. You really need Enhanced Senses, Flight, Mind Control, Psychosism, and Sympathic Link; I typically accomplish that by end of Jan. The other powers (Armor of Terra, Kinesis, Mercurial Speed, Polymorph) are nice but not essential. Among the talents, Concentration near max is exceedingly helpful and decent scores in Personality, Persuasion, and Reflex make situations possible/more reasonable. Natural stats-wise, Natural Mental and Natural Social near max are helpful.

For me, the worst aspect for grind is attempting to achieve enough random outcomes to accomplish some of the more esoteric events -- like getting Sophie comfortable enough to fuck you overnight when she crashes at your house or achieving enough critical successes at Globex to accomplish -- well anything.

I really feel like I'm missing sometheing. I am in late November now and there just isn't much to do except repitition.
What's the point of Favor? I have Mom and Sister maxed out on both Favor and love, and all I can do is get 4 influence or 40 money/week? It says I need to pay rent yet I never have to pay rent? I can go on neighborhood watch for +20 or -10 or +2 Influence but I need something like 300 to do the Discipline training?
Basically I have been through 100 cycles of the same "Go to school, train there, socialize, talk to mom and sister, study or go on patrol" without much to show for it except 3 stat increases and X-ray vision

Also, I get a crash whenever I ask someone to "Help with Training"
