Does that mean it's good news that there will be a SAO part II game next month?
Can I also change the name of a canon character from SAO?
What is this site about?

No news from the dev on when Part 2 will be released. Hope for the best but no guarantees.

Saikey NTR Studios is doing a official english of this game and will call it NTR Online. Since SAO is a registered copyrighted property, they cannot use the name without fees. So the official release will remove the SAO name and let you name Kirito, Asuna, and Suguha to whatever you want. If this game becomes popular enough I am sure whoever owns SAO will notice and sue. The character models are so blatant. Again if the game stays small it would be safe. But this is a big step for Fujino. Getting proper recognition for the great game he made and hopefully get enough compensation to be safe and well-off.

I probably will buy the game. I know Saikey does good translation. I just hope the bugs Part 1 had like the handjob animation not loading gets fixed.

I see the translation as very good sign since he wouldn't agree to that if he feared not coming back soon, i asked and they told me game probably will come out in october if i remember right? Honestly i forgot already xD

Anyway getting the game translated make sit easier to buy i think and is an extra source of revenue, wich he will need even after moving, moving abroad isn't easy nor cheap.

EDIT: so i just used Mtool and i don't see google as an option to translate, only Bing (for free), when did that happen?

E.g. could I name Asuna ntr? So the SAO part 1 game made by fujino will be a difference to the one made by Saikey NTR Studios? Asuna's models, especially Suguha and Shino, don't look very nice. Asuna's model still looks good. Let's hope Fujino gets compensated and stays safe. So SAO part 1 will be removed? So I will also have to buy the game and it won't be free? Has author Reki Kawahara found out about this? Let's hope SAO part 1 will be fixed well, the animation will load, well translated to English, etc

Bro, you're on a pirate site, it's not free now. The Saikey version is just a translation with minor copyright changes.

well, if everyone who can collaborate with Fujino's work by buying the game from Saikey Studios or supporting Fujino directly, his work will be even more valued. Come on guys, my country's money is barely worth 1/5 of a dollar and I've already supported Fujino for two months. It was the only time I subscribed to something from a porn game developer, but Fujino has such a knack for it (especially since there are so few quality NTRs) that I had to support Fujino at least once.

I don't think the official release will risk any unsafe to Fujimo, because there have even been so many games that completely take the SAO theme on Dlsite. it'll probably will just be put in the gray area like Doujinshi

Doujinshi is a bit of special exception in Japan only but other forms of media are not. Have you ever seen a blatant parody game that uses the same names or models as the original being sold on a proper site? Copyrighted products are taken more seriously in America and this game might not be protected under Fair Use. I am sure Saikey is protecting itself by removing all references to SAO from the game with only the models looking like the SAO characters remaining. But if owners of SAO decide to sue then it would depend on whether the Judge agrees this game is too similar to SAO.

Like when Fujino was on sponsorship sites, it all depends on well this sells. If it only sells moderately well, then owners of SAO won't think it is worth to sue. I hope nothing happens to this game when it is sold in English. Not many other fan games is as good as this and deserves the attention. But if too much attention then the risk to copyright infringement is there.

I understand. I asked: How did the author of Reki Kawahara SAO find out about this? Because he probably didn't visit this site or look at pixiv pages

If they put the option to choose the names of the characters ourselves then fine we can name them accordingly, otherwise somebody will have to meddle with the scripts and share a patch here ;)

When you are a legitimate business, you don't wait for a cease and desist before you comply with copyright laws. SAO author prob has never heard of Fujino but that doesn't mean you can still steal his shit.

Now, doujin with copyright characters is pretty common in Japan and im not familiar with Japanese copyright laws, so I'm not too worried about there being too many changes. At worst someone will just have to make a mod to change all the names back.

It's not the authors or creators of intellectual properties that typically learn of and handle stuff like this. It's the legal department of whatever company owns the publishing rights to the IP. The creator of SAO has people to do this stuff for him.
