Don't spend any time trying to fit this game into the canon timeline. This game diverged as soon as the OC Inoda survived SAO. Fujino said he used the story of Mother's Rosario to try to deepen his story so it was not a attempt to fit into the canon.
Given Alice and Administrator/Quinella have been rewritten as IRL OCs, I don't think we will see anything regarding the Underworld, no, though we may still get some more Canon SAO parallels from time to time even if they make absolutely no fucking sense, Fujino has already done this plenty of times after all XP

Hell, for originality's sake, I would prefer a Reverse NTR SAO game for once (Still sad Fujino seems to have dropped that new Suguha plot-line now), instead of seeing Asuna getting fucked by Random NTR Man/Ugly Bastard #123 and the other girls being fucked by anyone and the writer/artist trying to frame it as NTR despite it not being so, I wanna see the other SAO girls stealing Kirito behind her back against his will while she's none the wiser, let Asuna be the cucked one for once XD (It's beyond sad that there is only like, 2 SAO doujins period that have tried that, once Liz and one Suguha one, and only the Liz one was actually Reverse NTR, the Suguha one was more like Rape+Yandere even if it's one of my favorite SAO H-doujins)
See, that's the thing that makes me roll my eyes, everyone sees "Reverse NTR" as just 'the guy getting all the girls', which is basically dumb, is like saying that males can't have feelings or feel terrible about shit like that, which is basically double standards, but also hammers hard that most people just have no idea about SAO's actual canon relationships or setting beyond the wrong 'harem' impressions or what the Haters say XP Canon-wise all of them pushed past their feelings for Kirito and actually are fine/happy about KiriSuna regardless of what they may feel, and are genuinely all friends with Asuna too (Is what makes Liz's portrayal in Fujino's games one of the greatest mischaracterizations hilariously, and why I don't feel bad at all for when she inevitably falls under Inoda's 'counter').

This is very do-able, I could make 3 SAO games, one with NTR, one without NTR but with sex scenes, and one that isn't blatantly a porn game (I do have some original SAO story ideas that I would've loved to have seen adapted within cannon).

yea, on paper all seems good and doable. Fujino also planned many things, but reality hits fast. Its good to be ambitious but dont forget, one starts with babysteps usually.
I will probably also hide Easter Eggs in all of my games as hints/ nod to my other works or some of the works of my favorite developers (like Fujino sensei for example). Probably leave it in CG rooms. I think some other developers did the same but I don't remember. I got the idea from somewhere lol
No, it was a scripted event. I mean during regular combat, with both being there, like the few fights before the boss.
Don't force yourself dude! It was mostly idle talk, and doing even ONE game is clearly a lot of insane efforts, so putting realistic goals is probably better to start off, but best of luck regardless whatever you try

Even what you said here the game alright delivered. Like in Part 1 there was battle against fairies where Kirito gets blinded and that is when Inoda starts messing around with Asuna. In the tree house mod battles Asuna will get hit with more aphrodisiac and her actions will change. Anytime you kill the enemy quickly Inoda won't have time to mess around with Asuna.

LOL, I meant it in the way that both of them have been rewritten from what they originally were into completely different characters that exist in reality and only share names/looks with the original ones XD Sure, Quinella may only show up before Kirito in the dream world, but she's REAL, she's a "Goddess" in this game and we know she has been affecting stuff in the real world both directly and indirectly.
