Googling is leading me to believe it's some kind of error with application permission on your local device. "App not installed" can pop up for various reasons. Could you go through this guide and see if steps 1,3,4,5 or 6 help fix this error?

You don't, if her room is always locked, then you have reached the current end of her arc in this update. I am sure the next update will open her path again.

Definitely. Everyones path. Glacerose doesn't come with the half assed 2 character updates some devs do.

The game has a built in hint system, but a actual walkthrough to tell you exactly what to do no.

Patrons have a walkthrough, but I believe there was a fan one posted back a little. Youd need to scroll back to find it in the comments.
