Just throwing this out here,

About 99% of errors are due to loading OLD SAVES.

If you get a traceback that mentions 'happy' or 'turnpos' or 'location', or most anything, check if you're on and old save first.

If you are, start a new one.

If you aren't, report it to me and I'll have it fixed up.

And make sure youre on the newest game version. V.022. It was released yesterday at like 12:30PM. It fixes a few crash bugs that were in V.021.

And yes, not every character is for everyone. I know some think Celeste is annoying, or Serra is stupid, or Lillian is a camwhore. I get it. But I'm not writing every character to be absolutely perfect models to be fucked, theyre people. People have stupid flaws. I'm also not a perfect writer, I'm 24, a solo dev, and this is my first major project. Cut me some slack. I'm still perfecting things, its V.02~, it's had 2 updates. I still have plenty of time to fix up stuff that may need to be fixed. (Like the navigation).

Personally I also don't care for the camgirl stuff, it also kinda turned me off. I am not against exhibitionism totally but I don't like it going full Monty tbh. I don't mind a bit of risk but I'm not as sure about letting it all out for everyone to see. A lot of games I have played have a similar trope or similar scenario which only serves to make someone you may like end up essentially as a pornstar, which is far past where I'd like to be.

I don't think it would bother me as much if the girls who did these things at least hid their identities. If I'm supposed to immerse myself in this then the situation is now that she's doing this her body, face, and everything in between are now all over the internet for anyone to see forever. Probably not an issue for some but it would for sure annoy me.

Obviously make the game you want, doesn't really matter past that but if she wore a mask or blurred her face or something to hide her identity I at least would be happier with the scenario. If you don't think that would fit her personality though I get it.

That being said, apart from that I like more or less everything else so far. Models are great and the story seems like It could be interesting.

Glad to see the battle mechanic can be sped up, that is a big improvement. What will money be used on in future updates?

Planned for buying things in the magical universe (new attacks and such), and purchasing things for girls. E.g, dates, outfits, the works.
Okay cool, appreciate what you've done so far, liking the story and the range of characters. Looking forward to more

Well no worries, even if you do get some feedback about what people like about the girls or not. I would say most of the feedback is mainly positive, just camgirl is not a favorite for some. Not because it ranks incredibly high on the controversial fetish list, but cause it does say something about the char in question that many people do not really like.

Selling sexual favors for money (which is exactly what she does even if through a screen) is not really something we really like to see our friends (which she is in the game even if you do not go for her for more), let alone lovers do even if they are not perfect so it is a bit more controversial as you might have expected. :p Actually it does mean most people do like Lilian mainly outside of that or they would not care. :)

I'm glad that the people unhappy with some of the characters isn't affecting you overly negatively. While I'm one of the people who are happy with everything so far, there are definitely things that could be 'tweaked' about the characters that would make them more perfect for me. Not going to bother to talk about what those tweaks would be, because I don't expect them to be changed.

While people are free too, and should, discuss the things that they aren't happy about, I hope they aren't doing it with an attitude that it "needs" to be changed. Both the Dev, and the players, need to acknowledge the fact that not every game is made for every player. At the same time, sometimes this kind of feedback can help a Dev see that things were not portrayed or received in the manner they expected.

When giving feedback, it's important not only to say what you didn't like, but why. In the why try to be descriptive. "I don't like the way Sally looks" (I know there's currently no Sally in the game, it's just an example) isn't nearly as useful as "Sally is portrayed as a very together, prim and proper character, but her clothes are always a mess, and her hair is completely disheveled. It doesn't seem to fit with her personality. I think it would be better if her appearance were neater, to fit with the way she acts." is better. Or "Sally's hips are too narrow, and are disproportionate to the rest of her body. It makes her model look really weird and I don't like it." If you can't put your finger on what the problem is, at least say that much. "I don't like Sally's model very much, I can't figure out why, but something about it creeps me out." Even if you think the reason is obvious, it's not necessarily obvious to everyone.

And, of course, be prepared for people to disagree with you. Just because someone doesn't have the same viewpoint, doesn't mean they're an idiot, or that they have something against you, or are attacking you. People stating different opinions helps the dev get a better idea of the feelings of the community as a whole.

I guess the bottom line is, I hope we can all be respectful of our different tastes and opinions, and try to give helpful feedback. I hope we can all understand if the Dev decides not to change things, or not to do things exactly the way we want, even if we do provide feedback.

I'll get off my soap box now.

I mean I'm all for criticism, believe me, my first game had it's fair share.

I'm just super duper duper bad at taking it, not in like a "Your opinion is bullshit way" but in a like, demoralizing way. I have really really bad issues with anxiety/insecurity (the discord knows), and I just get into really bad ruts with it due to comments trashing the game. Guess that's just something I gotta work on myself tho.

Can't always please everyone. Someone will always complain. I deal with insecurity myself, as I'm sure many of us do. You're doing a great job, so don't let a few people griping get you down too much, continue your vision of the game

If you can already get to the castle then you've already met Detta, you unlock the castle *after* meeting her. Strange.
the japanese sounding last names are really getting irksome.
Yeah, I kind of feel the same. For the girls that look like they have some Asian heritage like Celeste and Sera, it doesn't bother me, but for Lillian, and Gracie it's kind of weird and feels forced. One that's a toss up is that Detta looks Asian heritage but her mom (forgot her name) doesn't, so it must have been Dad. I'm a little surprised red-headed "Irish" Alex isn't Alex Suzikiyama :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
But; they're hot, last names don't get used much (Except for "The Nakanator", which he cracks me up) and the plot is great overall.

im a weeb sorry
HOW MANY MORE GIRLS ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME TO FALL IN LOVE WITH?!?!?!?
This game is going to give me a heart attack  you are a very bad person :LOL::LOL:

Keep up the good work, it's been quite some time where I started a game and got me hooked up, not searching/wanting just a gallery mod or something, just me being impatient I would like to have the game already been finished so I can play more :D

Most accurate definition of tsundere character I've seen.
Honestly, if I met this Celeste person in real life, and she kept yelling at me for no effing reason, I'd have done yelled at her, told her off, and ignored her for the rest of her natural life. If someone is that disrespectful to me, they get no respect in turn.

Only people with no self respect let people just walk all over them like that, and it drives me nuts when a character in a game or show behaves like a pansy with one specific person but is completely different around everyone else just in order to fit that damned "tsundere" bs.

EVERY other character in this game is GREAT. Celese however? People like her are irredemable BS, and it sucks to not be able to shut her up earlier on and call her on it. What's worse? She's the most "available" person to talk to most of the early game... so I spent a lot of time just skipping time because I refuse to interact with her.
Lol thank you, yeah that body but that personality, I know how you feel, another game I play Halfway House has the same problem, at least here, (unless I have missed it) doesn't have retarded simp cucks trying to claim Celeste is a strong woman, and if you do not like her your afraid of a strong woman.

So funny, sad, fucked up, and retarded that someone gets it in their head if a woman is a straight-up cunt, and treats you/MC like shit that makes them strong, but sadly the current younger generations lack actual men, I mean fuck look how many retards chuck money at some average looking chick who think she is hotter than she is on twitch.

Fortunately, there is at least plenty of hot pussy to choose from in this game.

Although I will admit, of all the cunty women, Celeste is one of the few where she at least seems to like the MC off the bat.

Sorry, Glacerose, I love your work, but if Australia has ghettos, I grew up ghetto adjacent and had my fill of women who treat guys like shit.

'only in the bios' doesn't quite work as an excuse when you have to check it regularly for hints and progress.
Seeing it on people that don't look Japanese, in a setting that is highly unlikely to be Japan, breaks immersion.

ill take that into consideration. I put literally 0 thought into it, they dont even really need last names.
I was just like... what do I like, and I'm a weeb so... Japanese names it was.

To be fair though, there are other things in this game I would wonder about if they happened in real life. Non fitting last names would be the least of my concerns ;)
