I got through the hospital. Maybe I've been playing this game wrong but I've gotten no real content out of it. How Do I unlock the hidden characters?

how am I supposed to get to the distorted world again? I thought it did it by clicking on the basin or whatever in the church before? do I need an item?

How to obtain the location - Play the main story until you unlocked the Mall. After that visit the mall and look at the bottom right.

I got no problems with a trans or futa being bottom at first... but I will get bored if that's it. plus, it makes for strong development.

Ok I keep praying to Zaphkiel and talking to Lilian yet, other then getting XP a few tokens nothing happens? Can you please tell me how to meet Zaphkiel and the others?
