Eh, that is more of a philosophical thing, it's more like there is one true world and the others are reflections, or basically lesser versions, but that doesn't make the people and beings living there less real, as fe. the princes and princesses of Amber can have children with them and all.I haven't read the nine princes of amber, but from what I can gather from wikipedia, I'd say there are no similarities. Sounds like the "Worlds" there aren't real, except the one Amber world, while in WS they're all real.
But apart from a very small overlap in basic concept, there are indeed not many similarities. Especially considering how wide-spread the whole parallel dimensions/world concept is in both Fantasy and SF. I see far more connections between your game and Japanese Isekai stories.
