Its your choice. But you could make like this. Some girls wants more manly MC and MC makes little bit exercise for this like part of story. You can give us some gym jokes and he will exercise run and you can give us some run jokes like run forest run i dont know it could be enjoyable. Maybe lose some weigh and gain little bit muscle. I'm not telling make him like every koikatsu MC ripped guy! I like playing ripped MC's but thats not point. I mean you could make him more standart guy maybe. Its your choice still. The "incest" happens at the very start of the new update. The shower scene where you're spying on a certain someone. It isn't real incest though, just roleplay.
