There's the outdated redhead mod, an AI gen 'pussy' adding mod that's just body horror and recently there's a mod/sprite retexture that alters the world map sprites for Hiro, Trudy & Kylira. Modding tool info is linked in OP.

Hi there! This is a lewd game featuring characters with androgynous features, some male, some female, some... slime? You play as a feminine guy that looks like a gal, and you do lewd things with guys, gals, monster guys, monster gals, and... slimes? If you don't mind can you elaborate what the sprite mod does? Like does it update the outfits or what? Also, where the hell is this mod, I don't see in the original post

You can change the sprites/icons, with the same logic as the map sprites, so here's Hiro with a shotgun and shotgun shells. You might live in Ironia, but you can give out lead with these scaled up Fallout Item Icons.
