Of course they're gonna complain. Then they're going to keep coming back for every update and complain some more. There's been some legitimate criticism from some people, but a few of these complainers do it just to complain. I wish there was a special title to tag people that do this like professional baby.

Pretty sure he's in Britain (whether or not he is American) based on his statements about what time it is "here", but he defines "today" as from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed. So he probably went to bed around 5:00 am or so, GMT.

well, he did say that he did a lot of foundation work in the last couple weeks, supposedly that's what delayed the update, so I hope he can now concentrate only in renders, writing and normal build up content code instead of foundation code

So much this. Time will tell, but I have to say that it was more than worth the wait on the alpha release just for this: "Ummm, one marijuana please." There are dozens of hot games to satisfy my cravings for sexy content, but I would gladly wait another three months for the next update just for gems like this.

Yay it's out, now let's hope it has enough content to warrant the 6 months of waiting for this version. It's great that lots of internal systems were reworked for everything to go more smoothly going forward, but if it doesn't deliver in terms of content, well... this thread might become even more cancerous than it already is.

I'd be surprised if it had a month worth of content, the alpha certainly didn't.

Why release it to 20$ patreons though, not enough milking?

Well tbh this alpha was missing a big chunk of content from what I understood. While I'm not getting too much high hopes, I still trust that it could have enough content to entertain.
