So, on the point of fewer plotlines/girls, would you say there is a better focus? Do you feel like the options there are have more development/interesting events?
Yes and no. The fewer girls clearly DID allow Acerola to put more work in each of the girls that are present, and the way some of those events were handled was fairly different from what they usually did. Compared to TH Claire or BA Colette, there's an actual chain of events that leads to the Bad End, rather than "Hurr Durr, lose this fight under these conditions" like those two had. Nympho end, the typical Slut-end of Acerola, can be achieved as usual as it normally is, though I haven't had the time to mess with the thresholds yet.
I particularly like how each region's loss scene is handled, way more fun than how Colette handled everything, even if you essentially only have them for Tear.
On the other hand, you don't have any of the character quests you had in those games, nor do you have the story flair in the ending that those extra characters brought. Not to mention that variety is a pleasure of its own in some cases, and the lack of it may be a loss to some, even if in some ways, this is almost like returning to the Melissa formula.
From a gameplay perspective though, having less characters makes everything a LOT less tedious and removes a lot of the dumb pretenses at serious RPG combat that the previous games tried to imply they had... when they really didn't because you just went nekkid with the protagonist sooner or later and AoEd everything to death in short order. The support system is also fairly nice, and the way the new SP system works means that you don't have to stop from combat or use consumables unless you want too or you planned poorly. Or maybe if you play on Hard. Haven't tried that yet.
Can you please share your good end save? It's not in the gallery and I don't want to go through another playthrough just to see the good end, Thanks.
Here you go. Save 1 is After the ending. Save 10 is right before. You'll still need to kick the boss' ass, because you can't save before the ending itself, but that's not hard at all, just a little tedious.
Gallery should be unlocked as well.
It's notable that the bad/slut endings are available in the gallery... but the good one isn't. :/

I was on your side too, but sadly not this game. I can still see some ... unique good points from other Acerola's games, but this game, the good points isn't that many due to the fact that so many mechanics have been mixed up that makes the game become... a messy combination.
