i got like 4 drives... so initially it was on an SSD drive where I have OS, moved it to a HDD drive not sure that SDD/HDD was an issue, i guessing that that moving triggered sth that made it work

might have been because it was on the same drive as the OS, weird, though I'm getting the same sort of deal with XAMPP (a normal program) where it can't write without admin rights even though it's just placed in C:/XAMPP/...
Seems it was delayed due to main dude being a bottleneck for the rest of the team. That's what I got from reading their patreon.

So apparently I'm either stupid or my game doesn't work. How do I play this game?! From the start of the game, I can only get to the point where, after the very first monster encounter, my only options are to explore again or go to the little house area. If I explore, nothing is interactable and I have to close the game. The little cards in the top left don't do anything, and the diary doesn't isn't helpful. Is there a button I have to press or something I'm missing? I'm using the .exe by the way.

if you explore, you gotta click a random place on your screen to "explore" it
that should create a small dropplet effect around your cursor and you either find nothing, you get a skin or something similar, or you encounter a tentacle. If that doesn't work I don't know what's wrong
Nope, the "droplet" effect doesn't happen for me. Once I click explore, I can only access the Secret Garden area and nothing is highlightable. I keep clicking on pretty much everything but nothing happens.
Actually, when I click "explore," the same popup message appears as the one that you get when exploring for the first time.
I'm going to try and reinstall the game and see if that fixes anything.
Edit: Reinstalling didn't work, but I discovered something. When I load into the game using a previous save, three buttons appear at the top right of the screen: the tentacle, the book thing, and that tablet thing. They aren't there whenever I play from the start. However, if I click on anything, they disappear. I don't know how useful this information is, but it's something.

I tried loading a couple of the different saves people posted, but after I downloaded them they became .sol files for some reason. I tried making that folder path you posted a while back, but that didn't do anything.
Unfortunately, it seems as though this game doesn't like me very much. If you have any more answers, then lay them on me, but for right now, I'm gonna have to look for something else. Which is sad, because I really wanted to play this game.

try looking for more generic issues but I don't have ideas
also if you don't care about gameplay, a lot of the scenes can be found on porn sites like the rule34 site

I would recommend just starting a new game. It doesnt take too long to reach the main part of the game.

for interacting with the different tentacle species. The hardest thing about this game for me, is probably the battles. I lose more often than winning, when exploring and taking over new territories.
Yeah... my game is so messed up. After I used the trick to load up a previous save to access the top right buttons, I found that little crystal thing that gives you the world map. And this happens. What's currently happening is the scene with the first tentacle is replayed for no reason after I unlock the world map. If I try to do anything, it stays on the animation screen, but I keep the bottom window that lets me explore and now go to the world map.
Apparently, game no like me.

Yup. Safest thing is probably just to restart game. From the ss, it doesn't take long to reach again that part in story. Agingrainbow will probably save more time just replaying it than trying to fix whatever bug that is.I honestly think that at this point it’s a hardware issue more than anything. I’ve already restarted the save, the game, and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. I don’t think there’s much more that I can do. I’ll just go play some other stuff in the meantime. Thanks for trying to help both of you. Maybe in the future it’ll work for me.

uhh no, no way that is hardware related, hardware issues don't cause overlapping things and they happen in most apps not just one

you can eventually release them in territories but it's annoying as all FUCK to do because you can't tell where you can and can't release them until you click on the territory, click release, then click the monster...unless you check where the monster lives first, then check what biomes each territory has..
I just let mine die or nurse them back to health if they are high level lol
Yeah, I also found out about the release just a bit earlier, though, if they get injured don't they get the permanent rec debuff? I want the main mobs to be risk-free.. also I see some upgrades require me to have 18 and then 30 mobs.. which is conflicting.
edit, well as long as you can check all the info, I guess I can manage, do biomes really matter that much? I mean how do you see their borders? Is it just the details on the image?
