From the way the story is going it seems to be in the final act. I would assume at least 80% complete?

You mean if you are able to reassign cheat buttons with in-game config menu? Then - no.

Okay, I edited my first post with new file. Open it with text editor and go to line 87, to section of:
// DEFAULT BUTTONS:
see next (lines 88-97) there are several lines of:
window._cheat.<cheat>.key = cc.KEY['<keyboard button>'];
<cheat> here means well cheat - what a cheat does (see their descriptions on lines 75-84),
<keyboard button> means any keyboard button: q, w, e, r, num0, f1, etc.

Assign <keyboard button> to any button you wish.

Is 95 supposed to end after being kicked out of the main gate? There's a black screen and I can't figure out what to do next.

It's supposed to end after you go into that giant gate at the central statue again. There shouldn't be any black screens. Guess you could relaunch the game and try again. If black screen still exists then spam T + up/down keys to return to main menu

keep progressing until you reached the 'depths' place or something, i dont remember the name. You will meet the Stone guy there for the 3rd time and finally give you the quest for that scene. iirc

to get the full game you need a file to unlock it the dev keeps for patreons only and anytime it gets shared here they get it taken down

Hey, how i get the CGs "become a tentacle seedbred" in the Brainwashed state and the "Sleep sex with giant black tentacle Cluster" ?

When you are attacked by the tentacles in the water and dragged into the Semen Shrine, you will see a giant tentacle cluster. After being attacked by that tentacle cluster, talk to the stone guy in the Abyssal Cage and he will let you teleport to that cluster using the purple crystal. Teleport there with the Tentacle Suit and a Brainwashing Tentacle to unlock that scene

As for the black tentacles just let yourself be defeated by them. Get close and hit them without turning on Gondol's Fury
