How do i get the two missing events? Can somebody help me?

The first one is Sunday event Jazz Club. I didn't know you could even progress without completing this! This requires the suit being bought off the website, icon will appear in your bedroom. The suit buying event is kicked off when you've completed: Quinn and Perrin porno, Alize prank, Helana yoga at the pool, and meet the girls with the camper. I can see you have done at least 3 of those from the replay screen.
The one with the tip 'shop' requires you to go inside the shop during work hours (don't use the work option outside the shop).

A bug I found is that when watching movies with Quinn, instead of selecting adult movies I had accidentally clicked on one of the previous Genre, this resulted in her not being around in the evening for movies anymore preventing me from progressing.

The 'shop' tipped event requires the Jazz Club event to have been finished. No rng involved. It looks like a few players are getting to the end of the current content without having finished Jazz Club, which isn't by design as Jazz Club is supposed to be final event of the 0.3 (previous version) content... something I need to look into and adjust.

Just a note on horn, I bought it when I told to and as soon as I bought it I got text for the revenge prank. (Know you probably have fixed but just figured I let you know). Also working in shop pays same and finishes at start of afternoon regardless if you start at noon, morning or dawn....I may or may not have exploited this minor loophole.
PS as an itty bitty titty lover I gotta say kudos on rejecting the annoying trend of udders on everything.
EDIT also Helena in evening in lounge and Night in her room has no cap for affection or corruption which could possibly break game later. What was max meant to be so I can use inbuilt cheat console to bring them back down lol?

I have addressed any problems with the Air Horn quest for the next version (as far as I can tell). Thanks for the feedback.
Shop pay is a fixed amount no matter how long you work. I'm aware of it but I've got expenses based loosely on how much you are likely to earn and keeping it simple at this stage makes it easy to be sure I don't force you to grind too hard to earn the dollars you need. I figure minimum shop pay in this parallel universe must be regulated by law to $60 per day regardless of hours worked... otherwise Pugsley would be paying you in cucumbers. Is this completely illogical? Absolutely! It's also regulated by law that every regulation must be illogical, just like this universe... is it a loophole? Maybe. Should you exploit it? Absolutely!
You could set Helana affection as of 0.4.x to 14 and lust 7 which would be fine. At this stage it doesn't matter if you have a lot more than that and it probably won't in the future. Most requirements just check you have enough (scanning through it looks like there are a couple of exceptions but they are for minor stages of early game daily events and won't affect anything adversely).
Hmmmm, will this game ever be character complete if I don't introduce a hucow? Would have to whittle down names or have a poll (Clarabelle, Buttercup or Winnie the Moo?)

Does this game require any 3rd party plugins or anything? Running it on windows 10 I get the age verification screen, click accept then it goes to a black screen for just over 1 minute before crashing to desktop.

No requirements, there is a known bug with this version that is causing hard crashes like this on some systems sorry. From what I can tell this is being caused by the database module. I'm hoping this will be fixed by the time I've finished the next release. If not I may have to try a work-around.
Seeing the word work-around triggered a memory which has actually fixed the issue for me. (weird how the brain works)
On Steam when I had trouble getting HOMM 6 to run a friend named Ghadaro told me if you hit a black screen crash on startup or a game runs slow the first thing to try on Windows 10 is to run the game in a window or right click the game's executeable, go to properties -> compatibility and turn off full-screen optimisations.
Turning off fullscreen optimisations on DrVibes.exe has got the game running

The girl on the right on the patreon banner is the 'Big Bitch' that you and Navia have a 'disagreement' with in the last release. The banner was created very early on in the process before Navia was designated as Dr Vibe's right hand woman.

It looks like you've missed on
Judging by the first greyed out event with the hint 'Vibes Hotel' you've missed an event or two out on Dr Vibes floating hotel (Jetski icon on the map). The event missed happens at Noon. Once you've completed that the rest should unlock.

There are several ways to impress Helana in the first week (you must get her affection to 5):
Cleaning the pool (afternoon), helping with the dishes, watching TV quizzes with her in the evenings.
You can check her affection level on your mobile under contacts.
