I first played the update without mods, just to see how it feels. And your right it does not seem to have much effect on the current part of the game. Then I added the in game mod, and it showed several variables being set or updated based on your choices. This would imply while they don't affect current game play, they will have an effect further down the road.

Probably, because there's already a walkthrough mod in the first post and cheats wouldn't really do much this early in the game.

The babe you bang is the sole babe you get to meet again and she point blank tells you she is not looking 4 a relationship and that was just one night stand even after you use your best abilities to sway her otherwise.
This is a player perspective, MC is that much down on his luck so far.

absolutely love the 90s
I grew up in the 90s and I wish the game could stay in the 90s
but I have a bad feeling that this game is going to do a Time skip to 2021
where we see the girl from The Office
married to the guy that killed us
and he's a changed man and we have to choose between forgiveness and revenge I hope not I hate time skips

Actually a pretty good story, surely inspired by Vampire the Masquerade. Can't wait to see what the next version will bring.
