Just took DL of completed Adverse Effects. So, please return your attention to the Cabin. I enjoy your little side projects but am seriously wanting to see more of the Cabin. All jokes aside, we need some fresh content here soon. Make this a great Thanksgiving with a new update, please. Love this game!

You're correct; I am the no girlfriend and no friend loser dev (I know you didn't say loser, but it's true
). But I never abandoned it; I just took a month off to refresh myself. I also set myself more boundaries when working and started taking more time off to spend with friends (I do have friends; I was never able to see them though). But alas, still no girlfriend. Unless you're offering...

Try this file, my friend... works for this title and most others that don't have transparency sliders for the text box... I found it here on F95. I'm not the author but extend that person a hearty thank you because the file WORKS!!!have options setting transparent text box will be nice
Just DL, extract the .rpy file from the zip and move it into your "game" folder which is in the same main folder as the .exe application file to start the Cabin, a folder named RenPy, the log.txt and some others. Just drop the .rpy file into the "game" folder and play as normal. Text box will no longer appear in game. Problem solved. Works almost all of the time. Didn't cause any issues the few times it didn't work, just didn't remove the text box in about two or three of over a hundred games in which I have used it. So, ENJOY your text box free gaming.
