No my computer is very clean, you can check the files yourself, but sometimes mega can trigger a virus in your computer, don't know why, but it's not the first time that happened to me or other modders.

I checked my download and it's clean as well and i downloaded the one from Patreon just now to test and no warnings. Probably a false positive

checked both direct patreon link and mega, and both are clean.

a known issue - windows d and renpy files arent at best terms.
i would say in 99.9% those are false alarms, so you mostly can ignore it.
yet if you are unsure always check it with some other av software (malwarebytes or similar backup av), or in the case of smaller files upload it online to virustotal for example.
