Westane doesn't do the minor testing updates as a public release because they aren't finished updates in his mind. So 6.0.3 isn't a full release, thus it isn't given to the public. 6.1 however will be a full release and will have a public release when it's ready.
That said, this site hosts the non-public release right here in this thread. So I'm not sure why it matters that the public isn't getting it when you already have access to it by being here in the first place.

No and it won't for now. Westane has said that the game takes place over a few months but not enough for pregnancy to actually show so any scenes with pregnant characters will take place during an epilogue at the finale of The Company.

It should be immediate if you play the threesome scenes. A little message will come up with the stat changes that one or both of them is pregnant. The strange strapon will also almost always knock up you or Dakota if you sleep with Ava.
