You can't, cause there is no Spanish translation.
There used to be people working on Spanish, French, German translations of the game (all volunteers), but those works have all been abandoned with no updates for the translation for a long time.
The OP says there are those other translations, but it's incorrect and that is only there since that post hasn't been corrected.
So currently game is English only.

Thanks for the reply. I was excited when I read that it was in Spanish haha. Sorry if my question is repeated, but it is 1024 pages and in a language that is not mine, I was never going to find the answer haha.

Looks like the update might be quite a big and important one in terms of story and no. of renders judging by the progress updates by dev and the time it is taking to come out. Can't wait to play the finale for S1

I like Isabel being a DomI would love to see that. Cordia being submissive in bed to MC as she gets closer to him (with more events) and ends up loving him like no other.
Actually, thinking about it again with Cordia, rather than being complete submissive, I might love her more if she is a mix of dom and sub (there will definitely be moments where I would love to see her be a submissive slut to my MC, yet there would also be moments where I would like to see her grab my MC by the collar and fiercely kiss him and take charge in bed for some cases).

How in the hell can you say that? dev works as fast as luna evades them bullets. He put out most content in the last two years than any other dev did.

I see porn game category being a small subset of Adult games (since the term "Adult game" is a large umbrella term), yet not all Adult games are porn games (examples are games like DeLuca, Summers Gone, Rebirth, and couple others out there).
