Not very reassuring, but OK, I'm to blame.Unfortunately, no. If you still have your old saves (pre-update), then they can be loaded with a proper 0.08, but that save I fear is dead.

Right click on the app, Show Package Contents. The game folder is in Contents/Resources/autorun, but do make a backup of the original app file, cause when I tried to patch it, it crashed the game.On mac?
You might not have had problems, others did have. So a warning is fair.Never had any issue with cheat mod, and I'm pretty sure many others didn't as well. The only issue reported was inflating the stats through mod.
Well, one could just add money, then purchase the stats available in game, without breaking the limit, or even better wait for the stat's requirement to appear, before purchasing them. By doing so, that would be literally impossible to occur any problem, because the stats would be in the realm of normality within the game's set limits, but they could be bought without the need of the grinding for money, with the click of one button.
Sorry but nope, gameplay enhancement is not actual story content, does not matter how much life quality it is.
Development time that could have been added into the story, was put into this new system.
The explanation was, some people couldn't use the mod correctly.
I think it would be a quicker solution to either bug hunt the conflicting code lines, that would break the game, if stats became too high, which automatically would solve such problem. OR make a mini tutorial about how to use cheat mod without breaking the game.
Then we would have a very similar effect, but with a fraction of development time spent on.
Currently, we can play in 3 ways. Normal, normal with cheats and free roaming. All of those allows full exploration and interaction with the world. Cheats DO NOT remove this option.
We still do not know how VN mode will be. But I hope it only comes into fruition after the story progresses significantly.
Which also appears you share a similar opinion, for you do not seek to lose interactions, therefore VN mode ain't that important for you.
I disagree, and I'm with Carta on this one.Never had any issue with cheat mod, and I'm pretty sure many others didn't as well. The only issue reported was inflating the stats through mod.

That basically goes against the whole point of the contracts though. The mission system is ok, but, once a quest is green we should be able to insta finish it, like it was previewsly, cause redoing the same thing is boring imo
I think he meant "once you've seen everything", so explored every nook and cranny, including the perfect run. So the "repeat with higher stats" has already happened in this scenario. Which I think would be a reasonable optional choice. (I would still replay, but it is true that by now you can auto-solve it)That basically goes against the whole point of the contracts though.
You're not supposed to get the perfect score in the first try. If it ended up that way, it would make gameplay pretty much obsolete (with MC's stats becoming meaningless).
The aim of the contracts (which I feel) is to in a way struggle or be challenged in the beginning, and through repeats of the contracts with higher stats (gained either by doing girls' free-roam events or equipping better gear), grow and eventually rise to get that perfect score of "S" after some tries.
Most people in this thread will tell you it is worth it, otherwise we would have left. (As in other threads there is also some regular complainers)I'd forgotten about this game, I may have played it 2 years ago during Covid lockdown. The backstory of Luna was really moving. Is it worth playing now? Has the story moved on? Thanks.

As I said before in my previous post, just because the content is not categorized in "Main Story" or "Main Event", doesn't necessarily mean the are fillers and there's no story progression in them. Most people in this thread will tell you it is worth it, otherwise we would have left. (As in other threads there is also some regular complainers)
Yes, the story has moved on. It hasn't as much as the time elapsed suggests because this is not a full time game and quite a bit was dedicated to improving game mechanics. But there's also story advancement (how much depends a bit on when you really played it), main story as well as individual girl story.
In all probability you will have to restart again though, the last-but-one update (game mechanics ...) killed old saves.
Following post has list of all the bugs which the v0.08.0.2 bugfix will fix.Has the 8.0.2 version fixed most of the bugs? There seems to quite a few small bugs popping up. I am playing the 8.0.1 version.
It was just an issue of level up notifications catching up because upgraded previous saves didn't have that info which was an oversight. Same with the gallery images which should unlock correctly now (there are a couple that unlock after Story 1)
Here's all of the fixes so far:
Patch 1:
* Fixed The Contract not getting assigned when starting new game (this blocks Promotion event and Story 5)
* Fixed "X Quest Complete" notification when upgrading saved game
* Fixed receiving all of the level up messages when you gain XP after upgrading save.
* Fixed issue where saved game might fail to load after receiving an item
* Fixed player level appearing higher than it should be
* Fixed player money display missing in new games
Patch 2 (includes patch 1):
* Prevented the consumable tooltip and the money tooltip from getting stuck.
-If they are already stuck you will need to select the item in the mission mode and open and close the laptop respectively
* Fixed another issue where saving would break temporarily soon after losing health or energy points
* Unequip works properly now
* All gallery images now properly unlock
* When missions are disabled, you now retain your stealth bonus (works after updating even on existing games)
* Fixed the sprite shader which was broken on Open GL ES (which includes ANGLE2 renderer. GL2 was fine)
To install extract all of the files in the zip to game/, it should ask about overwriting 39 files.o not simply place zip/7z file into the game folder, this does nothing.
Please make sure the latest patch is installed correctly before reporting any issues
tried making something like this, but I only tested it on one contract because for some reason the contracts I greened in 0.7 show as yellow but I can't get unique events such as the dog event in Nimble Fingers anymore (0.8.0.1, haven't tried 0.8.0.2 yet)Ahhh, you're right.
He did say, "once the quest is green" (My bad, no coffee this morning can do that to my brain lol).
Than yeah, auto-resolve unlocking when quest is green would be a nice addition as an option.
