If he means Michelle Willams, the American actress, then I can see a slight similarity, but not enough to say they look alike.

Probably because at the moment we're just just mixing and matching to maximize the stats but they come off looking odd because they're different types of gear (Holy Pants, Long Coat, Fedora, they don't mix too well in terms of visuals).
Hence, I hope in the future contracts we can get complete sets of gear (which match with each other) that provide pretty great visuals and not just the stats.
How can/do i skip in The DeLuca Family Windows(Pc)? (what button do i have to click/press/touch)

Which actually is common unfortunately in many RPGs/MMORPGs. What looks cool isn't that protective and similar. Worst offender in recent times is probably Cyberpunk 2077 where getting a decent set of fitting clothes (with random stats each) can take half of your game time. As a German review mentioned "when the best thing you can say about the clothing is that you're playing in first person most of the time anyway, something is wrong". But it often is.
