JL, The Mixdrop download link trigger my Kaspersky Internet Security, warning of the Mixdrop page try injecting adware to my computer and also the file containing malware.
FYI. your previous version of WT mod did not triggered my Kaspersky.

Mixdrop can do that sometimes, use the Patreon link and download the zip file from there, Patreon is free.

With the new update's bugfix, TriaQuaedam should only trigger assuming you've done The Grind (Gracie's final event) & A Soldier's Sacrifice (which should trigger only if you chose the netori path).
In your save, did A Soldier's Sacrifice trigger (which shouldn't if you're on Isabel Friendship path) still?
You might wanna load up a save prior to that event to see if the pre-requisites work properly from that point onwards.
But probably best way to test it properly (or if you don't have save prior to A Soldier's Sacrifice event to load) would be restart the game fresh and see if the problem persists.
If the problem persists, then contact HopesGaming & TechSupport in Hopes' Discord server (in Bug Reporting channel).

I've had problems with Mixdrop for the last three weeks. It just stops downloading and won't restart. No matter what game it is. I'm starting to think that Mixdrop is having a problem in their own site.

So you're saying A Soldier's Sacrifice still starts even though you've chosen friendship path for Isabel?
Hmmm.... that's weird.
Those two events (in your screenshot) not turning green is natural given you're not choosing netori path.
If Hopes' bugfix works as intended, then the events A Soldier's Sacrifice & TriaQuaedam shouldn't occur, and you should still be able to access the final story (story 12: Death of a Princess), assuming you've done Luna's final event as well (Fearless Serpent).
