From what I can translate due my (too) long school French education: No, isn't a French language version anymore. Translation are made by voluneers and due to lack of their isn't one anymore.

He's given the stats required to get the Special Renders, from multiple Contracts.
Which layout are you referring to?

For stat increases, complete all side missions with the girls.
Those will give you stat boosts:
Gracie = Intelligence +3
Luna = Agility +3
Isabel = Charisma +3.

You can gain +1 Knowledge from the book bought in the Market, during Nimble Fingers.
I think the Promotion Event will also give you some stat increases but, other than that, all stats are gained from clothing.
Most of the better items are rewards in Contracts, WT in OP shows how to get them, but some useful stuff (like the Long Coat) can be purchased.

When you've gained all Special clothing & got the best gear equipped, your stats should look something like this.

Compared to my non-cheat version, you're -4 on Intelligence & -3 on Agility & Charisma. Have you completed all of the side missions, for the girls?
As I said, they are +3 for each of those stats.

You're also -2 for Defence, Stealth & Threat, with -1 for Perception. I can only guess that's from clothing choices.
Looking at your equipment, you have on the stealth beanie. The Fedora (R) has better stats.
Do you have the Bullet Proof Vest?
IIRC, things like the Fedora also have lower stat versions, so take a look at the Walkthrough & check you have the highest level of gear.

you keep talking about the stats not the layout. your version of the game looks completely different than mine. yours looks better so how did you get that layout. really dont care for the points at the moment. also your wrong about my stats as those are my non cheat stats. wearing this but as said these are not the LAYOUT i was asking about in my initial question

I presume you mean the mission where you meet a lady sunbathing? Most probably you still need to collect the stats.

As you say, could be Nimble Fingers, meeting Bikini Girl.
Or The Snooping Bonans, where we meet up with Leilana.
Or The Painter, where we meet the daughter...

They're really good actually. Hopes has put a lot of effort into this game and it shows. If you are referring to only lewd I don't remember, but I think they were good too. The game itself is fantastic. Definitely worth a look if you haven't played it already.

I wouldn't say so just doesn't communicate often. He did release a trailer for the steam release not to long ago , so I can assume he's been putting that as his focus as from what I understand that version of the game is going to have a VN mode. As well I heard he got busy with life getting married or something.
