This game has the dating sim tag? The MC has been on what, 2 — possibly 3 — dates in all the content in the game so far and this is a dating simulator? Compare it to something like Succubus Contract and then tell me how much of a dating simulator this is. 
I'm also surprised this game isn't labeled a VN; this latest update was literally nothing but storyline — over an hour of it. The vast majority of events in the game are heavily story-driven; how is this not a VN?

There is some money/rank grind and sandbox quests, so its not a "real" VN as they aren't supposed to have those sort of thing.This game has the dating sim tag? I would tend to agree, but there are plenty of games that have the same thing and yet are still labeled as VNs. Idk what the threshold for that should be (I'm not an expert), but IMO the grind seems pretty minimal when compared to the storytelling. As far as sandbox elements, I think those are extremely limited too. Games like Annie's School Days, Bad Bobby Saga and The Tyrant are heavier in either of those than this game is, but all of those are labeled VNs.
Personally, I don't think dating sim is even arguable. Compare to something like Mythic Manor (which does not have the dating sim tag) where tons of the events for each girl are dates.... Agree to disagree, I guess. Smh.

It was but the prefix was removed, guessing because the game is kind of free roam but don't really know.

HopesGaming, Can you specify Wilfred personality i.e, Calm or crazy. It seems somewhat confusing as most of the time he is calm but at the same time can say some crazy stuff, I want to mold my mc with the same personality.
Also, if during promotion when facing bonaza soldata if i go with the choice formal introduction, then later during the proud Fazio event if i go with who is who, can we have mix of both the personality if that is, that would be interesting,if not. does any individual personality has any specific gain e.g if the mc has a calm personality does this mean his situation handling capacity is enhance.
Also in the main events after playing a new start for a ruthless killer path I forgot to search about the contract events and go for the promotion now I completed promotion and Can i have this events but at the latter time I'm not able to trigger the contract event, does this mean I lost that event and should play again or there is again any specific condition to trigger as during talk with wilfred there is no such option.

Mafia theme in not my taste so I played only because of girls. Great renders, beautiful girls. My favorites Gracie and Isabel. Relations with them (especially with Isabel) are dangerous for the life of the protagonist, which makes them more exciting. Scenes with girls are interesting and hot (although events happens are too slow).
I love good storyline in porn games but if ratio story/naughty scenes in them well balanced. Unfortunately in this game too much story... And it's pity because he used such beauties in this game! It would be great to see more naughty scenes in each episode.

Generally, writers can't go too detailed into that (depending on genre and story). The character's background and personality is something you learn while you play/read and is part of the allure of character development.
But from what we have seen of him right now, we can say he is a rather calm guy.
Not quite sure if I understood what your second question was, but it sounds like a bug. I will look into it.
I do have estimated guesses on when the next release will be. But due to my past experience- I will not do any eta's nor any real talk about the release date.
The reason why the Spanish language is in English is that only 0.04.1 and below were translated to Spanish. 0.05 has not added any new translation.
German, French and Italian is on the way.
I haven't heard from my Spanish translators so it may be canceled.

The update follows this rotation- (story - lewd- story - lewd - etc.)
This time it was focused on the story. The next update will be lewd. But then it will go back to the story.
That's why I always recommend people to not keep waiting for a new update and hope the game will somehow change. It will keep being very story focused (even on lewd rotation) as this is not a porn game but an adult game.
I am not too fond of time-limited stuff. I like players to be relaxed and feel like they're in control of the pace.
The Day counter really doesn't do much. It will probably be removed completely in the next patch.

1) Capos, but work as a single unit.After the recent update, I've only done a full playthrough once. Most likely will do a new playthough when the game gets the mini update in about a week's time.
Meanwhile, here are some more questions for HopesGaming:
1) What are the ranks of the the twins of the Kaskar family who accompanied Jalen to his meeting with MC (& Luna and Gracie)?? Capos? Elite Soldados? Or an unknown rank (something like Serpents)?
2) So you've mentioned that only ranks above Capos were Wilfred's Division, 4 Serpents, Consigliere, Underboss, Don. Angelo & Caterina's convo about Pelata & some other elite Soldados will soon be joining their Capo rank had me thinking - how do Capos get promoted?
Do they:
- Option 1 - Join Wilfred's Division, donning the masks LOL
- Option 2 - Join the Serpents adding to the Serpents roster (so 4 Serpents becoming 5 Serpents, then 6 Serpents etc and so on with every Capo added on
- Option 3 - Remain a Capo forever unless one of the 4 Serpents is killed or retires of old age, which in those cases, the most skilled Capo is promoted as a new "Serpent" replacing the old one (which makes Capos remain totally unassociated with Wilfred's division. Recruitment pool for that division being separate from Capos), therefore total number of Serpents will always be fixed, i.e. no more than 4.
My guess is Option 3 is the most likely option, but am I correct in that guess? What is the process of Capos' promotion (is a promotion even possible once a member reaches Capo rank unless one of the Serpents dies or retires)?
3) So Caterina is obsessed with Rollerskates. But is she the only one in her crew who uses them? I would have thought she would have had at least couple of men or women under her who use rollderskates like her (considering she favors people for her crew who like rollerskates, I actually thought she might force her crew to wear them all the time

3) She is actually is the opposite of Angelo regarding the crew. Where Angelo forces a specific 'fashion' style upon his crew, Caterina has no restrictions or limitations.
The time this has taken is not due to extra work but due to personal issues in my real life (which is why I even paused my patron, tho this fact is of little importance for pirates, heh.)
There was a plan for one last lewd situation with Luna which got scratched due to a failed animation. But it didn't bother me too much as this rotation was focused on the story and not the lewd.
The sexual part of this game is not really a 'reward' but a natural course of the event.
If we start to see everything as a simple ''means' to get to the sexual stuff- it will devalue the story elements and change the course of what this game is supposed to be about.

That is really neat. Time limits in games have almost never gone over well so I was worried. It just pushes players to use cheats, hacks and step by step walkthroughs so I was worried, being someone who really doesn't like using one.

Well, to me, all the story parts only make the lewd parts more intimate and thus so much more satisfying. They're absolutely not a simple gateway to wanktown, but a great opportunity to know and care for your characters. The more story there is, the more intense the lewd. So ironically, the less lewd there is, the better it is
