If I am remembering it corectly, increase in Morality means higher dispassion, so all decisions which are in tune with the mafia way of life (such as letting Luna kill the unconscious thug who tried to kill you in the Beach Prison event, or saying "he got what he deserved" when asked about Trino's death etc).
Decrease in Morality on the other hand would mean decrease in dispassion, where perhaps MC is seen to be more compassionate or forgiving towards his enemies etc.
The term morality is what I think confuses a lot of folks (hell, I was really confused when I came into the concept). In this, game's case, I just interpret game stat "morality" as the Crime Family's sense of morality, which is completely different from how general civilians morality works.

If there isnt any bug, doing first mission -talking the Wilfred about mafia contracts and researching them online- and reaching rank 5 was enough for the Soldato promotion, it must triggered from events menu under the missions. If there is a bug, I dont know any solution =S

Version numbers cannot really be compared between different programmers, especially by different developers, since there is no ISO standard how to apply them. Some add with each published version, no matter how large or small, some will only do so after certain milestones regardless of number of updates, some try to be "decimal" so that "0.7" means "roughly 70% of the finished product" and so on. 0.11 could be before or after 0.2 depending on how the system is used. And that's only the standard "oh-point-one number" version numbers. There are ones which are made according to the date they were released ("0.20.11" - November 2020 release). There are ones which will pass V1.0 without the game being complete. There are others who suddenly jump from 0.2 to being complete.It seems that CoBD and DeLuca released v0. 6 at same time.
