Only Hopes know for sure, yet probably it wont affect the plot, either by skipping it, or ff-ing it.

Quite often, if one does read, they'll find there's no need to ask the question?
People are always "allowed" to ask questions. One is "allowed" to go to the town centre in a polka dot suit, with their underpants on their head, but they don't do it because they would look stupid. Apply the same logic here.
Being "allowed" doesn't mean that one "should". Particularly if one does not "need" to.
Asking a question which they could easily answer for themselves with a small amount of effort, without having to bother other people, is ignorance and laziness. This breeds resentment.
When multiple people ask the same question, repeatedly, it becomes annoying for those who repeatedly have to answer the same thing, cos the asker can't be bothered to use Search.
In the time it takes to write, post and ask the same question, the person asking could easily have performed a search, gained the answer for themself and not needed to ask it, for the 50 thousandth time.
Are these people really so incompetent/incapable that they need it spoon fed to them? No. They are not.
They're just fucking lazy.
That's why people respond as such (with vitriol) to these situations.

Go check out the thread for Valiant Warrior Astrid, and many other abandoned games like it. You'd be surprised at how many people stick around hopelessly hanging onto something that is obviously done. lol

Really? I am suprised in taht case but why? I played a couple of games which are abondoned later, but none of thems thread pages were live, except the question of why it is abondoned

Correct. There is a summary version for the "triggered" (not meant in a derogatory way, just for people who may be triggered because they went through something similar) or the "feint of heart", but AFAIR there are no consequences for not reading the full version.

The problem with that is if you ban a ip address you can hit a innocent later. Like here in germany we have dynamic ip's which are reallocated after the 24 hour force disconnection.

We have banned IPs in the past when they were static or known to be abused. Otherwise we can’t ban VPNs, as a lot of users use them to get on here.

I think they think they make us care - be annoyed for the people we are, feel bad, cry like him. Only way to stop them is to cold turkey ignore them completely. When we were having a nice conversation a couple days ago, ignoring all the "cocksucker" inbetween, the posts became more and more desparate and craving for attention. If this wasn't obviously somebody with serious issues, it'd've been fun. Since it is not just this thread, this will probably take some time to settle.
