Hopes has been on here almost daily and I don't think he'd do that if he gave up..I just like to say .. If you didn't follow something for a while and don't know. Do some research(one or two posts will do) on this tread to see whats going on
Or just simply ask, eventually someone that doesn't have their panties in a bunch will just give you a straight answer.
At the end of the day, this is a forum. People are allowed to ask questions.

Sure.... But it's the same all the time. I do not post here often but am a daily visitor to READ and see what's up.. Like many threads peeps don't read before asking many answered questions

Sure, people are allowed to ask questions.
But from my experience, pretty much every single time all these people who ask "Is it abandoned?" question, they never bother looking through the past couple of pages (of the f95 forums) or better yet don't bother checking out the Dev's Patreon page.
Because even if you're not a Patreon supporter, one can clearly see (on Patreon page) the Dev here (HopesGaming) has been making consistent posts giving the news about the coming update (and these update news does get copied and pasted here as well for those who are wondering).
It all comes down to people just wanting to be spoon-fed the information without even putting in the effort to look for the info themselves and that gets reactions ranging from annoyance to exasperation (since this has occured....well...so many times now lol) from people who know the answer already.
I mean I've seen some people ask the question when someone else basically answered the same question literally on the very same page (where they asked the question) lol.
So people are free to express that as well. Because as you said, this is a forum.
Perhaps if the poster had something like "I've looked through the past 10+ pages of posts, yet there was no news about the update. Is this game still ongoing?" or something along those lines, sure it's the same line of question, but at least it can be seen that the person is trying to find the info, so it might generate less annoyance from the folks.

To be realistic he can still just as easily put a bullet in your head based off hurt pride and ego. Especially, he suspects that you know his secret. I like Antonio as a character, he's been nothing but cool to MC so far, so while it does suck we're going behind his back to be with Isabel, him "playing both fields" is the perfect route to romance her.

Thank you, I played City of Broken Dreamers and it is really a good game But at some point I get bored and played with holding ctrl
I will try to replay it with more attantion at storyIs any of the games includes Futa? I am not very fond of this type of content and if I remember correctly Ataegina was including it It is probable that I am confusing it with another game.And thank you to Ayhsel, I will try it.

Theoretically they are going MCs back. MC was just a hostage in the family estate at the begining of the game. Now he is a soldato but still, his condition is very different and no one knows why, we have only crumbs of information. And Antonio is not happy with MC situation as he sayed in rage while warehouse raid -to Angelo, right before entering carnage mod-.

No new post on Patreon at least for me. Yet if there where a new post on Patreon I'm more than sure that it would be reposted here very fast.
So latest info I have is that the build is in testing and proofreading state.

Maybe he was referring to the post on Jan 30. And about that testing state you said, I pray it is true. Cuz if it is, then the game will probably be out by this weeknd.

Please dont do this =S Besides hyping the patient waiters of the game, whenever someone come here with a update time estimate, some other person who thinks that estimate given by developer come here after a week or two and start a tantrum about "missed ETAs"
I know you saying just your estimate according to some given parameters or just saying what you are hoping but someone will come with half memory this post and start threads everyday trolling like "game is sucks, not worth waiting, dev is milking, you all are simp, hoe etc"

Go check out the thread for Valiant Warrior Astrid, and many other abandoned games like it. You'd be surprised at how many people stick around hopelessly hanging onto something that is obviously done. lol
I just know this one is likely OK, just due to how long it normally takes to update it....also I take 2020 into consideration, and assume that whole year doesn't count and devs get a redo lol.

I just realised after checking out HopesGaming Patreon page that its been 7 months since 0.6.6 update came out. As much as i am eagerly waiting for the update i can understand why people would think its been abandoned. Not gonna lie even i feel the same sometimes but i am more of a believer that the new update would come out soon.
PS. I would love to see a proper payoff (sex scene) of Isabel & MC after all the slow build they did between both of them and their final interactions regarding taking risks. Love me some Isabel...

Hmph. When the update inevitably drops we'd have to play through the game again, I'll ask in advance, does anyone know if skipping Luna's backstory affects the plot in any way? I don't want to get myself through that nightmare again.
