Play, if that is all you worries. All the contracts are "side" story. Time with the girls and main stories aren't that much text adventure.
Otherwise, if you don't like much text, want action the first and not story, then don't bother, as this wouldn't fit your taste.

There are 15 Main & Side Story Missions.
There are 5 Luna Side Missions.
There are 8 Gracie Side Missions.
There are 8 Isabel Side Missions.
These are all played out as per the other scenes in the game, not via the text dungeon explorer.
There are numerous images in all 5 of the "text adventures". Use the Walkthrough, from OP, to see/gain them all.

It's hard to say. Hope just made a significant change to the missions with the last update and added another mode. It can't be ruled out that there will be more changes in this regard. When it will happen is another matter, especially since the focus of this VN is the storyline and it is also what most people are probably more interested in, especially Luna's story and the mystery around Gracie.

Before the update I remember seeing Gracie in the bathtub, since update 7 and restarting the game I only see her standing removing her panties. Anyone ells get the same?

Each scene I think depends on your stealth stat. I'd imagine your stealth stat is not hight enough yet to peek at Gracie is in the bathtub scene.
So you'd probably need to do more contracts, and equip better equipment which increases your stealth stats.
All DeLuca girls are hot in their own way. So this is just me, but I wouldn't put one above the other in terms of their "Hotness."
But in terms of content that I'm looking most forward to, Cordia definitely is miles ahead of everyone else (my thirst for her content I think is comparable to wishing for an oasis in the middle of a desert, heh).
Having said that I do still love other girls content, their stories and charms and the naughty things our MC get to do with them.
