It was announced a long time ago that old saves won't work and everybody will need to start over.
I didn't know about that announcement... I rarely come to this thread bcoz of the delay in the update...
It would probably want to stay named morality internally, as you don't want to change that without a good reason due to saves (unless doing a save-breaking update like this next one...). Externally though, you could just have a little deLuca Family symbol as an icon rather than a name.
