I think he's referring more to the speed for Eiza, specifically, rather than the overall speed for sex in the game.
From meeting her to bedding her happens relatively quickly.

After Further inspection, everything you said is how my game is reacting as well. Sorry for being vague, after the first error message and seeing I couldn't Access Cordia's Gallery I posted here without looking too hard into it.

Something weird is going with your post. I tried to reply and a wall of text appeared? Did you post an error?
In any case, if you have an error while trying to buy something from Wilfred, select the item, wait a couple of seconds, wait for the description to appear, and then buy. If you hit buy too fast (before the description is loaded), it throws errors.

Now that I've finished the current version of the game, I have a little rant to make. It's about the H-scene with Eiza:
I personally found the scene too rushed. Eiza is standing in front of the MC in full costume and from one moment to the next she is lying in bed like God made her. Please don't get me wrong, but it reminded me of one of the old (bad) porn movies from the 80s. Something like "How much does it cost to repair the car?! Bend over slut and take it in your mouth! ok *suck*".
The transition could have been written better to make it more erotic, with some supporting render. If this is - understandably - too much effort for you, just leave out the animation. A good and cleanly written scene is much more erotic than any form of animation. I'm sure I don't need to tell you how to write such a scene, you've already proven that more than adequately in Vinyasa, Massage the Actor and A Soldiers Sacrifice. Hell, even Town Time had more eroticism in that one kiss than all the sex with Eiza.
Take your time, write the scenes carefully and don't get rushed because "WTF, still no sex?!" Please don't try to ride the animation train by hook or by crook, animations are rarely worth the effort it takes to create them, and completely unnecessary in h-scenes. Look at the animations in Summer's Gone, ok there is no intercourse yet, but there the animations are beautifully woven into the narrative.

The exact thing happened to me where Luna's Femme Fatale event happened even though I completely forgot to speak to Wilfred after the Soldato promotion event with Blackie (that leads to collecting the Soldato package at the park with Luna).
