7.0 was the last release with "new content".
7.1 & 7.2 were both bug-fixes & cosmetics, with no story or mission content (apart from the dog scene).
So "this new version, 7.2, has no new content." is correct. It does not.

You know, recent update has me thinking:

With how Cordia gives Eiza the option to join a crew with different Caporegimes (Angelo, Caterina, Battista, Amita & Amata. Excludes Wilfred's Division since as Hopes said, Ex-Capos have no crews), I do wonder if our MC (i.e. player) will be given the option to choose which Capo's crew to join in the near future (I mean, both Angelo and Caterina have been wanting him to join their crews since the Straffan mission lol)?

Each Capo's crew giving different stats boost to MC (for instance, joining Angelo's crew gives a defense boost, whereas joining Caterina's crew gives an agility boost in stats).

Come to think of it, if player's MC romanced Luna and relationship points with her is high enough, I'd say put Luna up as a secret unlockable option as well (yes, she's a odd Capo without a crew, but MC can be her first crew member). Bet that's gonna leave pretty much everyone shocked if MC says "Actually, I want to join Luna's crew." when asked by Cordia which Capo's crew he wants to join (with Luna, perhaps Attack boost is most appropriate, since she primarily focuses on offense).

Of course, this would mean branches in terms of content for a bit (which hasn't happened yet for DeLuca), but should it happen, it's gonna be really interesting, I'd imagine.

I'm thinking more along the lines of MC getting his own crew & Eiza becoming part of it!
Getting ahead of myself, hadn't even thought about which crew MC might join.
Love the idea of different stats, for different Capo, but those sort of things need to be carefully managed.
Don't really want any scenes to be exclusive to one Capo's skill, but then that kinda undermines the point of gaining the particular stat boost, if it serves no purpose.
Will end up needing different saves, for each Capo/Path.

I like the idea of giving choices to join a particular Capo's crew and also love bringing Luna into the mix as an unlockable option.

Luna Capo path as well as attack boost would be far too big of a temptation to pass on.

LMFAO! Yeah, "restroom" is a particularly odd one. I mean, when you're at work I guess it's relevant? As everyone's probably gone into a cubicle for a break, or remained there longer than necessary, for a bit of a rest, quick game on the phone, whatever.
But public toilets are not somewhere I want to visit, never mind rest in.
As you say, for it to be a "bathroom" it needs to be somewhere that you can bathe.

Public restrooms can be quite nice over here (highway stops) and ugly in other places (train stations).

As for work, funny story, you may have heard in passing about some germs or viruses going around these days, I didn't really follow the news, probably not a big thing. Anyways, my company installed motion detectors in the toilets so people do not have to use light switches anymore, reducing the risk of virus transfer. As long as somebody is in the room and even only moving a little (we tried standing still, couldn't fool the detector) the light is on, as soon as nobody is detected for 30 seconds, light goes off. Works really well.

Only thing is, once you're in a stall, the detector cannot see you anymore.

You have 30 seconds.

So much for "restroom".

One more reason to be working from home.

My mentality is, whenever I'm dealing with stats, I tend to stack up my attack a bit higher than my defense and other stats.

Been doing that for Ataegina, and that's how I'll likely do it for here in terms of MC's stats for DeLuca.
Right now, due to the much better ranked items and perhaps which points are given in terms of distribution in girls events, my defense basically towers over my offense, but with better contracts and better items, I'm hoping we can stack up our offense quite a bit.

And I'm assuming that's how a lot of people would feel. I mean yes, having an ironclad defense is nice and all, but when attack is much lower, the combat tends to drag on a bit (just chipping away at foes HP little by little until zero), and that's something I'd hope to see MC get some boost on somewhere down the line (whether through equipment/events or both).

Lights that come on when the door is opened, etc, all makes sense.
Having lights on motion sensor, when people are sat still in the cubicle & are undetected in there, anyway, seems a bit of an oversight? lol

And while I am all for saving energy if not interfering with practicality, considering that my employer is one of the largest energy hogs in the whole region (our monthly bill is, despite favorable conditions from suppliers due to scale, literally in the millions) - couldn't you set it to a minute? Or maybe even five?

According to the Dev HopesGaming, game at this stage, is roughly around 30% completed.

Regarding the sex, well this is what it says in FAQs in OP:

Q. Where's the sex?!
A. This game is a bit different from the rest as it is not solely an adult game. The story is as much part of the game as the adult part. Therefore do not expect to have the girls go crazy about you right away. With that said, there will be plenty of bed action down the line.


In other words, this game is definitely not for folks who are impatient with the sex and want to screw the girls from early on. If that is what you're expecting, you're better off looking for another game which suits your taste.

I dont know if its possible but adding a different sex/lewd scene for each caporegime would spice this a bit. Adding a bit diversity like each capo leads other possible scenarios with nearly same results (like Sorcerer's demon hunter-gorgon path choice) might be good way for that. In that way there wouldnt be any main save for some people.

For lewd scenes female caporegimes leading a scene with that capo or her named subs, sisters leads a threesome, Cat leads a threesome with Onoria while male capos lead scene like going to different brothels, strip clubs or his named subs? Even if all of them converge same point in the end, chosing different ones would be encouraged this way.

I know it is too much work and probably we wont see it, by the way.

Every one-person project/game with high quality visuals have high waiting periods if developer dont do it full time. Of course amount of content differs game to game but given render times, a part time developer must wait long enough for high quality visuals.

I play Being a Dik, It's a pretty cool game but "The Deluca Family" reigns supreme IMHO. Just keep in mind it is more story based and the story is rich, deep and complex.
