The battle chain system makes me want to never use a coffin even from the start of the game. Is this viable, or even worth it?

Ho229 Viable - yes, I went through the game without doing so, other than the obligatory "ooh, what does this button do?" in the beginning. As for "worth it" - ...maybe? Never bothered to calculate this "worth", to be honest. Less traveling = more killing. And killing stuff is fun.

Play the drinking game in the tavern a 2nd time while you have some Holy (Blessed?) Wine in your inventory for one scene.
For the other two, just follow along the Succubus questline. You can start it by talking to the Succubus Hunter in the town at night. You'll get the first scene relatively early in the game, but the second one can only be obtained after you go through the Succubus Town right before the last dungeon.

This alone doesn't have the 100% gallery. I believe the file for that is the system_data.

I never got them properly scaled in game either tbh. I expected people to use them for fap material or style study.

I did, but I don't know what's a "locale".
Is that the damn problem? But it doesn't make sense, the error is a missing file, how would me changing my PC's location to japan change anything? Does the file magically appear??

Misplaced sarcasm made you look like a fool. You ignored the VX Ace RTP part - THAT is what makes "the file magically appear".
