I’ve stated this before- it would be really interesting if she reluctantly “cheated“ because she thought hubby approved or wanted her to do so. Maybe a mix up in communication? Maybe she is tricked by an unscrupulous character? Perhaps a planned threesome, but hubby is purposefully distracted and can’t make it? She thinks he’s about to show up, things get out of hand… A lot of ways to satisfy the netorare crowd, but maintain her connection to husband. After all, their shenanigans are ripe for a misunderstanding or a line, unintentionally, being crossed. Don’t have to turn her into a whore or him a cuck. Things got carried away, mistakes happen…

While I think i personally would prefer my idea of it being after some kind of fight just cause I dont see alot LI and a MC get into some fight or big argument that often in AVN's. I really like your idea to for a cheating scene that can work out really good to. Only catch is Luke would need to find out about it and get upset and they should have a talk about what happened. As I don't think it would be great if it just kind happened and we the players know about it and that's it. Plus I think would only make sense for Kathryn to tell and talk to Luke about it as so far she shows she is a trustworthy and loving partner and not one that would do something like that behind his back on purpose, especially if it was because of miscommunication , Luke never showed up or tricked.

I agree I don't really believe in devs letting us influence their game to much but still fun to talk about things or how we would like certain scenarios to play out.
Inevitably she will cheat on him, if you allow him to cheat on her. There are obviously going to be consequences for that eventually, with netorase likely morphing into netorare. In the overview, it does suggest their relationship could become a nightmare for Luke, if he makes too many bad choices. Which probably means he will end up getting cucked.
There's also the sex drugs to take into account. At some point, Kathryn could take or be given one of these, and the consequent loss of inhibition could cause her to cheat on Luke. When Rika took one during this update, it turned her into a crazed nympho, almost instantaneously. This might be a pathway to what you suggest above?

I agree, I don't think Kathryn is just going to start cheating on him, because she's bored, horny or any of the other usual motives for doing it. It will be because Luke has broken the 'contract' the two of them have agreed on, where they discuss everything together and make joint decisions.
With the sex drugs part of the story, the Dev has given himself a pathway, for Kathryn to eventually cheat on Luke. It might not be intentional, if someone gives one to her, without her knowledge. But maybe she would still view it that way, and perhaps wouldn't tell Luke about it, because she was ashamed or embarrassed, so technically it became cheating. The other possibility, is that it happens because Luke is cheating on her, and this is the consequence. She finds out about his cheating, gets upset and in this moment of weakness takes the drug, and that opens her up to future netorare content, rather than the netorase you get if Luke remains faithful. Luke's cheating must have a bad consequence for him eventually, because otherwise the Dev wouldn't keep suggesting that maybe he shouldn't do this?

I'm not a fan of having those drugs in the game. Makes things feel like a dream sequence or mind control. Can give the characters a free pass to do whatever they want and take no responsibility too, as they weren't in full control.
I hope Lukes cheating has serious consequences. Which I'm sure there will be. If the player chooses to have him do stuff with Kaths mom. That would end any and every relationship in an instant. This ain't Jerry Springer where it happens in every trailer park. No woman would allow that or keep him as a partner after knowing. Since its on Patreon, no chance of a mother daughter three-way either lol. Luke and Courtney have definitely had some fun in the past too.

Do you think he cheated on Kathryn with her? I have had that feeling since she showed up.
I have a mixed opinion the drugs cause I do like them in the game for other characters like when Rika took them on her own accord that was a fun and crazy scene. Then at the same time I do not like them for Kathryn cause obviously these are bad people that want to use them on her to influence her or get her addicted to do what they want.
not on my save unless it was something never shown to us yet as my Luke had yet to cheat haven't even made a "cheating" save yet I just play a scene and reload if I consider it cheating for Luke.
For me it's the sister never really was interested in the mother but for right now how I'm gonna handle Luke cheating is watch the scene and reload. I'm waiting to find how how Kathryn's cheating content starts before I even make that save tho it's purely going to be a save just to see the content and not something I enjoy.

I really wanted to cheat with her mom, she is very hot. But I couldn't do it, since I don't want Kat to cheat on MC.
I think the consequence, will be her doing stuff, without checking whether he's ok with it. I think she'll still tell him after the event, he just won't have any say in it. But I don't think it's true to say, no woman would allow that. Many wives/girlfriends turn a blind eye to their husband's/partner's infidelity. In this instance, I don't think Kathryn will leave him immediately, she'll just start putting her own desires first, and that might eventually lead to them splitting up or it could lead to Luke becoming even more perverted than he already is, and enjoying being at the mercy of Kathryn's whims.
As long as Luke doesn't cheat, I think Kathryn will remain faithful and the game will be restricted to netorase.

Well he did. She gave him a BJ, when her and Rebecca came around for Dinner. When Courtney drinks she's goes a bit crazy, and it's pretty clear she fancies Luke and want's to fuck him. It's only a matter of time before that happens in the game.
It would have to be, otherwise this game would be forced netorare, which would contradict what the Dev suggests in the games overview.
