Skyrim is a must play, even without sex mods is an epic game, that's why thousands of players replay it hundreds of times, I really reccomend the pc version since you can mod the shit out of the game and if you have a gamer pc you can add plenty of visual mods so it can look even better than a game from 2022, you can even dowload bodies (different types for different tastes from slim to "ticc" and add phisics to them to have bouncy boobs and butts and even animated vaginas, if you want normal mods go to nexus mods and for sex mods on loverslab. I really reccomend you playing it, just have in mind is an old game. If your pc doesn't have plenty of juice try the "legendary edition" and if your pc is strong try Skyrim Special Edition. Also the sex mods have every kink that you can imagine so im sure you can find plenty of mods that suit your taste.
About VH, there are 2 playable characters (actually many more but 2 are the main) and they have their own story, the loli you saw probably was serana the blonde one (now she is getting a new game) and the other character is nanako with is a tan red haired with boobs, to find the game just search in japanese the name on google: VHゲーム01 if you play as Nanako you won't have to see anything related to Serana so you are safe. Also there are some people porting the game to a newer engine (still rpgmaker but its VM now, there still some missing cities but the loli character is not existant in there at the moment, with this build you can have an idea about the game, just search on google VHMV and look into the result that takes you to "github", this game is also pretty old and still has some bugs but is one of the big "H-games" back in the day.
About the fixer there are some options to knock her up, work in the bar while drunk, be a whore in her school, become friend with the soccer team or stay in the area "heaven" for a while, there is a stat system so you can look if she is on a dangerous day in there.

Actually, it works on the final version of the game - I have the original final release and the teleport menu does bring up the towns to teleport to once you select the skills - the scripting must have gotten damaged in the translation.
Attached a bug fix for the not-working teleport skill.
Download, decompress and replace the "Skills.rvdata2" file into the "\Data" subfolder of the game. DO BACKUP the original file first.

Don't see a multiple endings tag... PLEASE tell me this game doesn't have some kind of virgin ending. I swear I HATE with games do this- You give me so many things I'm in to (Pregnancy in this case, and it's not an ending if there really are no multiple endings) but it's ruined because games have a 'Virgin Ending' that my brain in hardwired to go do the harder, most likely true, ending to games.

Password for chest in Forest of confusion can be found from the old lady at the table in the bar at Central, when you have the mind reading item from the witch (or just read the thread, it has been told here like 5 times already). The Cerberus CG can be obtained if you make a big win at Poker in casino in the city of Pleasure... Lilianna i think. Apparently since you bankrupted your opponent she gets used as a breeding stock for it.
