The uncensor won't work for me. I extracted in the 'game' folder and the game won't even start. Game starts to work normally after i remove the uncensor
the best should be wait for full game and then do a uncensored patch cuz,some uncensored patch not work when the creator make a new update for the game,do now a uncensored patch mean do other when the game have his release

The language drop down on the launcher only makes the launcher in english, the rest of the game is still in japanese. How do you manually change it?
I personally had no problems with it, at least for the original demo release. Assuming that the updates to the demo didn't break it it should be translated.
So, troubleshooting from the beginning.
1: Have you extracted the game? Games generally have issues if you try to run them from inside a compressed file (.rar, .zip, ecetra.)
2: Did you extract the files to the default windows / programs folders? Windows generally doesn't like that and can cause multiple problems, including changing settings and saving if you install small developer games (IE porn) there.
3: You may need to check your antivirus. IIRC at least one person has reported unity failing to record settings due to their antivirus preventing it from changing the game's own files for some reason.
4: Try manually changing the settings. I either deleted or just can't find this game in my folder currently, so I can't be 100% certain of the name of the file or what the text in it will say, but there should be a config.json file in the game folder. Backup that file just in case. Then open that with a text editor like notepad and look through it for an entry that says japanese. Change that to english and it should work.
Edit 4: I go to exit the games folder out and immediately find the game folder, just skimmed over it. The config file is a .txt in the Ricca/Game folder launch.txt The first entry should be "languagename": "jp", Change that to "languageName": "en",

The last time I tried this from 'HS' was of version '0.5'-ish, so definitely many improvement already...
Still, I am gonna wait for it to be out from anything 'DEMO'... as a good game like this with partial story, and I'm gonna hang myself inside-out.

that I've just found few hours ago; has similar 3D side-scroll gameplay with very-limited costumizations, and it has good number of 'fun-n-effect' scenes...

I do not mind waiting. I already replayed the demo like a dozen times over. More customization is always welcome.

You can follow updates on the Ci-en page, you need to translate to English tho. If you have the Chrome Browser just right click on the page and select "translate to English".

Same for me as well.
Maybe I'm an idiot but I can't find the right shader file to edit. Can you tell me the path you took to get to it in data.unity3d? Or at the very least its path ID.
I've been trying to manually uncensor the game myself by following https://f95zone.to/threads/how-to-uncensor-almost-any-unity-game.17914/ but still no luck.

wait you can remove the consor? but there aren't any animations any way, last time I played the H scenes were mostly pics because the game is still demo
It's good, but this game is definitely on another level when it comes to the quality of the scenes and the game itself.
You clearly only played the first level and never played again, because the earliest demo literally says chapter 3 and 7 have working scenes, while chapter 2 had CGs.
